I believe in Heaven, God and of course, Angels. What is evil without good?

We all have different brain compositions (nature vs nurture) that make us think and react in different ways, just like every other animal species in existance, though to a lesser degree as most other animal species do not have the intelligence capacity to gather the consequences and benefits of their actions.
If you look at the prison population, it is largely african american. Yes, a small degree of this is the slight prejudice towards blacks in the legal system that I am ashamed to say that our society still holds, but mostly it is because a much greater percentage of african american children are growing up in horrible coniditons. No one can say they would not be doing the same things if they grew up in the same amazingly twisted abusive conditions that many criminals grow up in.
The thing I find funny about the contemporary Abrahamic faiths is their take on heaven/hell. Most denominations view you must accept their God or go to their hell. This is quite funny as religion is, and always has been, based on little more than culture. Around 75% of adults, wherever they reside in the world, will choose their adult religion based upon that of their parents, though many choose different denominations. So to get to heaven you have to be born in America or Europe to Christian parents (obviously not completely the case in their view, but a general sense of how amazingly twisted this view is in iteself.)
I am a weak agnostic atheist, meaning I will not claim that our knowledge presently disproves the possible exist of dieites. I do think however we have a clear picture of the evolution of religion, and that most organized religions if taken in anywhere near a literal realm have been proven false sometime ago. I realize that many denominations of many religions do not take a conservative view on their texts, but then again, when this is the case, as their are no pieces of information to run through the scientific process, a negative cannot be disproven, and both sides have to sit at a stand still.
As for myself, through my academic process, even if I was not to have come to the conclusion of so much information against the present monotheistic faiths, I'm not sure I could worship such a 'God' as the OT reprsents. Anyone who has truly studied the text knows that it is one of hte most twisted creations of the human mind.
I find eastern philosophy to have some beautiful aspects to it, and it is not a suprise to me that these polytheistic and pantheistic views have been relatively extremely peaceful when compared to the massive amount of chaos brought on by the followers of Judaism, Islam, and Christianity.
There has been so much blood shed for the sake of religion....
It makes you wonder....
But there are definite forces of good and evil. Even if there are only humans that can be such.

As I said earlier the largest determining factor outside our genetic makeup, which determines our personality, is our upbringing. Think of all the events that shape us throughout our childhood, when a person has nothing but bad experiences and abusive conditions of course they are not very likely to be good people.
On a grander scale morality is completely subjective to culture as well. There have been cultures of the past where bloodshed, rape, and many other things we would cringe at today were considered commonplace everyday activities. Growing up in this environment non of the enhabitants would view these activities as evil, they wouldn't know any better.
I am an anglican christian and I believe in god and angels. But my belief is that when you die you choose either to go with god to his forever ongoing "party" or you can choose to not go. And if you want to go with god to this "party" you usually try to be righteous in life a well.
I have a question for the people who say no to angels.
If there are no divine beings, where does the idea of divine beings come from because divine beings are believed exist in almost every culture, nation and tribe from the beginning of human beings?
This is not meant to convince you. I'm just wondering what your responses will be.
Lol. I meant as in I'm very into Christianity. And just to clear it up to some un-informed, you do NOT become an angel when you die. Angel is like another species I guess you could say. They're slightly divine and stuff. I could go into a lot of topics, I used to argue and persuade atheists ALL THE TIME. It's fun

Oh but the answer is already imprinted in your question.
You didn't ask why do angels appear in every culture and you also didn't fail to mention that divine beings do not appear in every culture also, the reason for that being exactly why angels, along with other divine beings, are not real and are just a figment of human imagination.
I love science, science is real, it is real because you can see that through out history, through out the world, people who have been objectively observing their surroundings, developing experiments and recording events have come to the same conclusions, this is true in almost every field of science like math, physics, astronomy, chemistry, biology, geology and many other fields.
In fact, if given the chance, meaning without the globalization of information we have today, and given that separated cultures became more technologically advanced over time, we would have continued to see different people getting the same results all over the world even if they didn't even know that other people at a different place were trying to do the same thing and arrived to the same conclusion.
Religion how ever is not like this, this can clearly be seen if one would simply open his eyes, all over the world different cloture has their own different divine beings, from serpentine dragons, to four armed elephants, to shapeless massless colorless “things”, even gods and other beings that are humanoid in form have very distinct differences such as god from China having yellow skins and tights diagonalized eyes or gods from Africa having black skin and huge mouths.
When you imagine an angel you think of a humanoid creature with feathers wings and an halo, but I'd assume that you can imagine both black and white skinned angels, something that your predecessors in middle ages Europe could not even grasp.
As to why different cultures invented their own religions with their own divine beings is a question which has a more psychological nature to it that I can afford to discuss right now since I really want to finish another segment of my site today.

You give a good argument wow, you answered the question congratulations. I respect you. But it didn't change my mind and whatever I say won't change yours so it's all good.
True, but there's also the saying that the easiest solution is often the best

Such an interesting point you brought up, I wish I'd thought of that sometime. I will remember this point for a future debate
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.
It's the decisions you make when you have no time to make them that define who you are.
