Hi, I'm currently working on a mod project for the game Mount&Blade, based in Diablo 2, and those are some things I made already. It's a low-poly-high-numbers game, so don't expect them to be that detailed. Many screenies below, so beware, 56k users (if there are any here).
Diablo's model, textured:
Clay Golem (it's a bit skinny, I know, but it clips if I make it fatter):
This reminds me of the Spring mod for Total Annihilation.
Looking good. I know almost nothing about modeling but I know it's probably better to run a lighting pass before taking snapshots. Full lit models always seem cooky
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.
This is badass. I'll definitely try this mod when it comes out
Besides cosmetic changes, what do you plan to change? Can we expect some country changes as well (like Swadia -> Kurast or similar)?
It'll have the same gameflow as Diablo, using connected scenes. The map will just be 5 isles with the cities as shortcuts to the scene chain. So when you exit the game and enter again you'll go back to the city of the act you're in.
A war mode will be made after I finish the adventure mode.
If you have an account on the Taleworlds forum, you can PM Headmaster (me) to ask other things and see more models.
Give, expecting nothing thereof. ------------ BoD - Come have some fun! Folks will always come and go, so enjoy them while they're meant to be in your life.
Still looking great, but I think looks too much like it has a pig's nose. Which arguably it does, but it's not that emphasized in D2. The full helm also looks a little off. I can't quite put my finger on it, bit seems less sturdy than it does in D2.

The wraith is going to get some effects that don't show in the 3D program, so yeah, looks really strange right now.

The character models look fantastic though
I've already made it less pig-like. And yes, M&B is quite easy to mod. Just takes patience because it's the text-modding style.
Now, this one took me 20-25 hours:
Sorry for poor shadows, the Wings3D render sucks.
Finished Tyrael, phew.
Do the wings actually move ingame though?
