Well does it? There is nothing supporting this rumour other than the fact that the last two games I played just then I was asked to not static electricity on Baal because it would reduce the chance of uniques and rares dropping.
Just wondering if this has any basis in fact and I can't find it anywhere else online.
Also, proof would be very helpful in swaying me, I hate internet rumours!

"A lot of fellows nowadays have a B.A., M.D., or Ph.D. Unfortunately, they don't have a J.O.B."
Just one of those dumb rumors, like me getting kicked for being a hacker in War3 even though I'm only spoofin'. c.c

Join the Irish Mob. We like almost everybody. Read Pants are Good. It's funny. You'll like it.
Also read Wintendo, as DINGBANG is attempting to play through 764 SNES games in a back catalog.
As far as I know the magic find on the player that did the killing blow would be used on the calculation. I have only been playing mods (SP) since 2003. I have not played any LoD patch higher than 1.10.
Magic Find uses a diminishing return formula for finding any magic item above magic. The diminishing returns start hitting hard for the uniques around 200 MF.

On Strike and supporting Fallout 4 Mod Makers
Some fallout 4 mod makers have had their mods stolen and uploaded and downloaded on Bethesda's site for the Xbox One.
Please support them.
