I haven't seen any sign of of an experation date. But, you did have to have an active account before Oct. 18th so, there aren't a lot of people that can take advantage.
although i don't really understand the question, I think that as long as you are giving money to blizzard, they could really care less about losing 60$, they are hoping that you forget about the annul pass and just play diablo 3, they make enough money off of that alone, now I'm sure they are also hoping that those are the same people that use the RMAH, and buy virtual items overpriced

Correction. You need to have an account in good standing. Anyone with a bnet wow account before Oct. 18 and is in good standing qualifies. Essentially millions of wow players both past and present.
I quit wow in March 2011 and had the annual pass open to me. I renewed for a month to see if I would want to continue playing for a year or if I'm just burned out. Still deciding.

Don't do it. Just buy Diablo 3. Save yourself hella time and money.
Yeah, the annual pass thing is just for people who want to play diablo 3 but already play wow. Blizzard is being nice so wow players don't have to shell out extra cash to get another of their games. If you don't play wow...you just buy diablo three. Why would you pay 180 dollars for a year of a game you don't play to get a ~50 dollar game for free?
Diablo 3 will be released or we will get a release date? Diablo 3 release date was timed entirely around MoP and the annual pass offer they devised.
release date = january 27th
Which is a rumour/guess. Just to clarify.
Don't wanna confuse the masses
pffft. regardless of the validity of it (which seems about 90% valid). with original release end of nov - early dec, and only testing server stability and changing the rune system and fine tuning, i doubt it would be more then a 2 month push back, this isn't wow where you need insane amounts of testing. were waiting on the finishing of the runes and fine tuning, thats it. not mass bug removal. i think its a damn good guess regardless and we will have a release date for sure by the end of nov - early dec. if you can't bank on jan 27th, bank on them at least announcing a release date in the next 30-40 days.

Blizzard knew they'd lose a ton of subscribers with the pandalandpark expansion so they came up with a way to keep WoW numbers up, plus a year of wow = 3 times more money than D3.

Yeah I know about it. I think it seems pretty valid as well. Just posted to clarify that it's still noting that is confirmed. When someone posts something like "Release date is xx" then many take it as confirmed and then go around spreading that.. It was nothing against you (or the claimed date), just a friendly reminder :).

I think you're confusing exclusive deals with something that can make Blizzard money for a very long time.
Ha. Bagstone.
A QUADRILLION MAGIC FIND is worthless if you can't kill shit!
