i think it would be cool to choose what your people look like so they don't look the same like in diablo2. they where forced to look the same if you made two of them or met another
i don't think this has been thought of before but i don't know
it was just bugging me

I think the characters are two small in gameplay to really be able to tell a difference in faces. Skin tone you could, but it would be weird if you saw two characters that had the same body type with different skin tones.
I agree that face changes would be pointless in diablo, considering your not really ever seeing the faces. However, skin tone options and possibly hair style options could be kinda cool to create some sort of uniqueness from char to another. Wouldn't need to be an insane amount, but maybe 3-5 different hair styles per class and 5 total skin tone options. Wouldn't be that intense to implement and would create more uniqueness available. Of course your character will look like someone elses, but at least it wouldn't be everyone elses
Blizzard won't do that there making heaps of new gear and every piece looks different so no one will really look the same except for at the start of the game.
And you don't really see your chars face so it would be pointless to put it in the game.

male and female are enough customization for diablo
or at least the skin tone.^_^

Weaseling out of things is important to learn. It's what separates us from the animals... except the weasel.

what's wrong with the rest of us wanting it?
i totally agree with the need for more customisation
And you don't really see your chars face so it would be pointless to put it in the game.
and while you are playing you can zoom in cant you??
