Like all politics, asking ethical questions that require complicated answers will be deflected with no-meaning answers. Instead, the only actual "information" you'll get out of it will be stuff that's already been revealed on sites and blogs.
Here's a look into the future...
Q:What are your plans on dealing with bots and cheats?
A:We tend to not discuss what we're doing in the fight against bots for the simple reason that any shred of information that goes out has the potential to hurt our efforts. Simply put, the safer botters (and bot-makers) feel, the more likely we are to catch them. Minutes count with these sorts of things. Using made-up numbers here, but just for illustration: a new detection method that catches 50 botters could have only been 5 (or none) if the botters had any reason to believe there might be something coming.
I completely understand why that's a crappy response, but we have to use every single advantage we can get here, and that means being relatively quiet about an issue that's obviously very important -- both to the community, and to us.
As to the question of "player reporting vs Blizzard detection," that's not something we're taking an either/or response to. We're constantly working on improving our detection methods. That doesn't mean that player reports don't help.
Q:What's new in 2.3?
A: The frozen wasteland that is the Ruins of Sescheron are now open for exploration! Filled with new enemies, traps, and environmental hazards, you'll be able to explore the region and learn more about what befell the barbarians of Mount Arreat. Explore the Immortal Throne and obtain the ultimate treasure: Kanai's Cube.
Kanai's Cube is a new artisan that offers a slew of new recipes to fully customize your items and catalogue your Legendary powers. Several recipes are available to players immediately upon acquiring Kanai's Cube.
Q:When will 2.3 go live?
A:We're still aiming for Season 3 to be at least 4 months long. As Wyatt mentioned previously, our goal is to strike a balance between providing enough time for players to commence their journey together, and for their Seasonal characters to mature.
As always, we'll continue to review any constructive feedback we see on this and compare it to our own data in making adjustments to find the ideal Season length.
after some quick research it seems like devs support botting as transistor mentioned in the previous thread. So they can secure their top streamers for publicity? Removing/moving a obvious thread about how gabby bots where he admitted it, or doing nothing about ZE because they bring in publicity for the game effectively trolling any legit players in the process, and banning/resetting players who actually want more for the game? I'm not defending mannercookie but to ban him and not take any action against know cheaters is not fair to anyone who plays the game as intended.

First, that is totally true about politicians.
Second, I think the Tavern Talks do get some nuggets of goodness out of them, but they don't want to spend a lot of time revealing what they want us to be experiencing. Not everyone does PTR, so they won't get all the little things spoiled before they join game on patch day.
I also think that you can ask them about botting or exploiters, but their past response has been very...correct. They shouldn't tell us how they ID bots or exploiters because it allows for them to adapt before the ban hammer is dropped. Sure, they will figure it out at some point, but it gives us a little breathing room until they do. I would equate it to a journalist asking a military official to explain exactly how new spy satellite works and then having another government reverse engineer it or protect against the technology before we really get a chance to benefit from it.
"When will the game be balanced? And become a equal environment for everyone?(related to exploits and 3rd party programs)"
"Will we ever see unique seasons? such as a season where all paragons are disabled? or a season where monsters have 30% movement speed & attack speed"
I really like the question you posed about unique seasons. One could also ask "when/how are you going to close the gap between solo and multiplayer?" "When are you going to make the environment more engaging to interact with (e.g. Make traps more rewarding)" "Are future patches going to address power creep or are you going to wait for the next expac?"
will they once again ignore any question about the wizard class and still have no clue what the class actually needs by way of looking completely incompetent when asked a basic class question like they did the last time.

K, we can all go home. You win this thread. +1

will they once again ignore any question about the wizard class and still have no clue what the class actually needs by way of looking completely incompetent when asked a basic class question like they did the last time.
other thing i like to ask is: are you gona put the gain bloodshards from party?
