I was wondering how much mana the witch doctor has at each level. Does it have a cap or does it keep going up?
with the mana regen passive, base regen, and enough regen on your items. you could potentially be able to spam certain spells at max level without EVER running out of mana.
In the beta it works a bit like Arcane Power. If you cast a few spells, it takes only a few seconds to regen. The difference is that the WD can cast more spells before the downtime, but his downtime is an bit longer.
I think in the end game, the WD will need at least one active or passive skill for mana. It also depend on how much mana he build uses. Some skills seens to eat mana much more then others. So some builds might requires 2 or 3 skills for mana.
Some of the witch doctor's skills cost 500+ mana so I'm guessing the witch doctor will have atleast 1000-2000 mana at lvl 60. They might have more based on casting their attack spells after summons could make their mana dissapear very quickly.
Currently in the beta the WD starts with a pool of 200 mana, which increases by 30 each level. Outside of passives and gear, he'll have at least ~2000 mana by the time he reaches 60 if the devs keep things as-is.

2000+ would be great! I can't see the wd running out of mana ever with certain skills or mana regeneration gear.
