IIRC it wasn't too long ago when I checked the Monk calculator, specifically the Wave of Light skill. When runed with an obsidian runestone it turned into Pillar of the Ancients, and did 100% weapon damage followed 2 seconds later by an additional 500% weapon damage.
I just checked the Monk calculator and now it says it does 100% weapon damage followed 2 seconds later by an additional 111% weapon damage.
I know when I originally checked the runes were rank 6 instead of rank 4, and that it's impossible for anyone to actually KNOW if the rank 6 still makes it do 500% weapon damage 2 seconds later. However, do you guys think that with rank 4 doing 111% additional, that 2 ranks higher the number will still be 500% additional damage?
Well it really popped out to me because I clearly recall this particular move (after runed with the Obsidian Runestone) had the highest single % number out of ALL the moves on ALL the calculators. 500% with a rank 6 rune. If this is changed I'd be really sad...

The funny thing is... the new Version with 100%/111% does less dmg than the unruned version with 150%/150% Oo
Yeah, I think that's because the un-runed version is a straight-line shot, whereas the runed version is an AoE (which they just nerfed). I'm a sad panda.
you might add that dashing strike spirit cost has been increased to 15 (pretty sure it was 10 before)

but you have to agree that 100%+500% (with lvl 4 rune) is way over the top. iirc the lvl7 rune made it 100%+800% dmg... and thats just waaaaay to much for 50 Spirit and 15sec CD.
I will not agree that it was waaaay too much damage. It was the LARGEST single % damage on any move. I loved monk having a single move stronger than even a barbarians!

I don't think it was too much either, take a look at other skills out there with really high damage %'s.
Wizard Meteor with Crimson Rune does 400% weapon damage.
Barb Seismic Slam with Alabaster does 362%.
There are definitely more out there but they are usually associated with skills with high cooldowns. These 2 skills don't have any and the Monk one has a 15 second CD so there's no reason it can't be a little higher. Maybe not 500% but 300% would be fine for the 2nd explosion mechanic. I think it will be changed or it's a typo.
