Very nice build with good symmetry.
Rapid fire for Single target and Multishot for AoE.
Hatred won't be an issue.
Though depending on the weapon you use you might find you simply have too much hatred, especially with single target.
1.5 attacks per second
4 hatred per second base regen = -2.666 Hatred per shot
3 hatred per second (Bat) = -2 hatred per shot
Marked for death = -3 hatred per shot
+ ?? Amount from +Hatred/sec affix on gear
Add all that up and for rapid fire, you are spending essentially nothing.
10-2.666-2-3 = 2.33 hatred per shot = 3.5 hatred per second.
Of course this depends on your attack speed, as a slow 2h xbow under the above scenario would cost nothing. Heck, you could possibly even gain hatred in that situation assuming you had a modest amount of Htatred/sec on gear, say +2 H/s.
The only real problem is that you don't really have any discipline expenditures, yet you also have Prep.
You need to replace prep with something that uses discipline, like shadow power for instance.
Could also potentially change the rune on multishot to full broadside.
Given the low hatred expenditure of the build you might drastically benefit more from the dmg per cast of full broadside.
Edit: I don't Broodling works that well in this build either, but I don't particularly like that passive anyways so it might be my bias talking.

Preparation is there really just for the Battlescars 60% HP buff. Brooding is for running around enemies and gaining HP, though I am not sure it will work well as just a couple of shooters will really ruin it. Might change that for Thrill of the Hunt or something else (dont think Sharpshooter is much good). I dont really see a problem with no escape skills as it sems to me, that you can always spam a few Entangling Shots and leg it good and proper. But I could replace Companion with Smoke Screen (either Lingering Fog or Displaceemnt)
But you are not consuming any discipline, which in itself is a major problem, so prep makes absolutely no sense at all.
Shadow Power should provide a good amount of healing, and there is no cooldown, though you could only use it back to back twice.
