Is it just me or is the Crusader forum dead as of late. I know we're supposed to be at a disadvantage right now, but has everyone really moved away from Crusader? I'm still playing it even though I know I cant be competitive, just having fun. I think I just saw a tumble weed rolling by..
Says everything.. RIP crusader season 3 if they don't address these issues. cleared 62 grift, gear is almost perfect yet It's a big struggle doing low 60s for FUN. Rerolled barb last night in a 6h session i do nearly the same damage as this bugged class. fucking sad
Forgot to say, I tried to tweet wyatt cheng and john yang for the past few days. THEY DONT GIVE A FUCK, they're answering random useless shit every days
I am still playing crusader. It is still my favorite class because of the paladin aspect. Currently rolling around in t6 - t8 and I am happy there. i have a great blessed hammer build and a fire sweep build. I get bored and just change what I am doing.

I chose to crusade for the same reason. At D2 I played with paladin, for example. I really enjoyed the gameplay of the crusader and of the build hammerdin.
I think the crusader is perfectly viable and I personally love the revival of the classic d2 Hammerdin. Especially in groups I think the crusader definitely has potential for support class roles. The trouble is crusaders are not deemed "the best" so nobody is willing to even try one out. Everyone just sees all the popular top players running barbs and monks and, blindly, everyone follows suit. In the end it's a lot because deep down at most gamers core they would rather win than anything else, which includes playing a class/build that actually interests them rather than what everyone else says works best.

This is why i have such little respect for the dev team. If it were doing 200% damage they would of hotfixed it in 24 hours then tell us not to worry about the leaderboards.
Thanks for the link, not wonder crusaders are so bad. Did you catch the dev response to ode to parenting, its like they arent allowed to reply to real topics, only garbage some freakshow rp'r who runs t6 posts.
Devs doesn't give a fuck if it's not streamed by Modz/Quinn (other guys like that). The hellfire exploit was available during the whole ptr ( 4months or something) then it got fixed immediately after being showed on stream... see the problem right there? They need to add micro-transaction in-game so they get some money... make they gonna start fixing shit.

The sad part is, crusaders along with DH are low tier this patch. Prob not gonna reach GR70+ solo this season at all, while the other 4 classes easly does so, even seeing barbs and monks pushing high 70's. Also that, saders are not even doing any good grp wise, only reason some ppl play with them atm, is for gear grind and the fact that they kinda work with a static monk.
Even so, a while back i heard rumors about a strong sader build still not being played in game, kinda curious if there's something behind this and no ones found it or if its just empty rumours.

yeah nobody cares all attention is on barbs and monks now good job blizzard :/
"Do you guys not have phones?"
It's hard to find another crusader. I don't think that's bad. The important thing is that the blizzard keeps thinking on us in the next updates.

Benched my crusader in favour of a Shenlong monk, next season I'll be playing Shadow Mantle DH...
Unless of course they do something awesome with the reworked Akkhan set

I think I'm missing here something or I'm not up to date...
Can anybody enlighten me please why Crusader wouldn't be a viable class this season/patch?
Only because of the Thorns? We still got Hammers don't we?

just telling they dont care about ingame bugs if it's not streamed lol. The hammer issues was there since day 1 of PTR of this patch.
The bugged hammers is inexcuseable. They design a new set around a bugged skill and refuse to fix it. Truely pathetic

Bot to 1300+ and hammers do more damage.
