Now I have Revenge and Furious Charge with Dreadnaught for heals but I seem to be taking quite a bit of Damage... in Act 3 it doesn't seem my damage output is quite high enough and at the same time I can't seem to last long to kill elites...
Now for the damage part, I know more Crit Chance and crit damage with increase my damage along with a better weapon(s) I am also Currently Duel Wielding also to help with damage both my weapons are in the 740dps range...
As for the Survivability part and am thinking of going back to Sword and Board, and adding a lot more vit to my arsenal...
forgot to mention I already have around 1100 LoH, and it doesn't seem to matter... I am thinking just a little more Damage reduction such as more armor a little more resist and add more vit... but it seems to do this I have to lose DPS which is my other problem...

Your LoH is about right then, don't really need more then 1100-1400 IMO. Like was stated get your resists up, honestly you should be pushing 900-1100 if you can. That's ideal for act 3-4. Also as stated you will want more HP, less %Life and more vita, it also effects your armor with your passives. Pick up a shield with a decent amount of crit, but survivability is what will get you through the acts, not damage. As long as you are pushing 15-18k dps you will meet all enrage timers, and without the ability to kite, you want to be tanky.
The biggest thing that will help you feel way more tanky in act 3-4 is drop Berserker Rage, and pick up Superstition. 20% damage reduction for all non physical damage is huge. Especially with how much elemental damage and caster damage is in acts 3-4.
EDIT: you are one talent from a full on tank build, dropping Charge, and picking up Ignore Pain with the Ignorance is Bliss (20% damage done heals) will make you extra tanky. I cleared act 3 with that exact spec, and less damage then you (like 14.5k when I did it and 900-1100 resists). Just more food for thought.
Just thought i'd add some recent experience. I've cleared act3 a couple times now, although I only consider the first half or so to be "farm."
I toy with a lot of builds to do the work, but so far this one has got me the most mileage with my gear (~700AR, 52k hp, 9k armor, 30k dps) http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/barbarian#WSkVTP!ZYb!acccbZ The obvious weakness is that you're not able to handle elite packs well between cooldowns, but charge/revenge are plenty of sustain for white trash (with some exceptions - ie. the executioner skeletons in the keep depths are just murder). With a bit better gear I wouldn't need this almost-gimmick build, but this basically allows you to burn down elites that would otherwise out-last you or force you to repeatedly kite and take ages to kill.
As far as gearing strategy goes, I don't have any LoH at present (I used to have an LoH weapon but I gained ~10k dps upgrading to a crit dmg weapon), but I would reccomend looking to get around 1k LoH eventually. 400 on a weapon, 300 on two pieces of jewelry should be the easiest way to get it (although beware how expensive it will be, you will want to shop around a bit). Resists, armor, and hp are fairly relative. With revenge builds I tend to think raw hp counts for more (increasing the raw heal of revenge while giving you more soak), but you should be looking to strike a balance. Emphasize fire and physical resistances. Sort things by armor if you think you can buy it cheaper than AR (10 armor is worth about 1 AR) on your items.
I can clear them sure, but the difficulty isn't "fun".
The mob types take it more in the direction of "frustrating" than "challenging".
It's a fine line to walk, sure.
Sadly, the trick to making it easier is gear > all. Stats - more focused on survivabilty and HP sustain trump increases in DPS and power. You'll get a lot farther slowly grinding through stuff than trying to blow everything up. Unless you are a DH of course.
I honestly didn't find act2 that much of a game-changer.. I spent maybe 1-2mil between the time I hit act1 inferno and the time I finished act2, and that included trying multiple builds out just for fun. With the mediocre gear I have now, act2 is a breeze and actually way more fun/interesting than act1. The events are more of a challenge, the loot marginally better, and the champ packs still die in seconds.
I can't be sure about the best way to farm act2 though. I tried magda runs for a while, then ZK+Belaial, and finally full-clears (too long, imo), but they're all pretty good. I have to say though, magda runs are far easier since the ZK tomb zones have some fairly annoying trash if your resistances aren't that high.
Just cleared Inferno yesturday with my barb. I was stuck in act 3 as well for a while with similar issues of losing life and not doing enough damage. I found that focusing on boosting Resistance to at least 700 (unbuffed) then keep warcry on for the 50% bonus, helps heaps. For damage, Critical Hit chance and critical hit damage are very useful.
Also keep the LoH and I found high life regen useful for kiting away.
Wrath of the bezerker with Insanity for those situations that were rough (tough elite packs etc)
Leap Iron impact, very useful for building life back as it boosts armr by 300% for 4 secs. In these seconds take advantage of your life on hit and life steal skills and build your life back up.
Revenge Provocation, essential life steal skill
Warcry Impunity, always keep on for armr + res boost
Battle rage Marauders rage, increases DPS and crit chance.
Passives (self explanatory)
Hope this helps!

Any more tips?
