We all know what max stat rolls are on items thanks to d3maxstats.com
But what are the MINIMUM attribute rolls for single attributes rolls (for example, pure strength), or split attribute rolls (strength and vitality) on the various items?
I can't get answers to this anywhere except from people who don't read the post and say "d3maxstats.com, dumba$$. Try using google sometime".
By looking at the AH, it's apparent that the minimum for split attribute rolls of all non-crafted rares is 20 for each attribute. But what about those single attribute rolls?
HELP! Why doesn't anyone care to figure this out? Wouldn't it affect your buying decisions?
Thanks again Turtel. I really appreciate it. What I meant was could you make sure the number values were correct to the best of your knowledge (no typos)?
As you suggested, can anyone else confirm these numbers?

Because I feel like everywhere I check, any questions regarding item properties, rolls, quantity of affixes, etc. are singlehandedly answered by him.
