A perfect anything. Seriously if it's perfect it will sell for a ridiculous amount. I've had gloves sell for 40mil i've bought pants for 30mil etc... As far as generally I'd say a good stormshield is up there.

ok dumb question, but what is considered "perfect"?
basically as high as the stats go. So over the weekend i found a pair of archon gloves with 282 dex, 100 or so vit, crit dmg increased by 44% crit chance increased by 7.5%. So thats pretty much damn near perfect, had it had IAS as well or a socket those would be worth about 60 million or more.
It's basically to where you will never need to upgrade that item again, ever.

80 resist all, max primary stat, max vit, max item slot specific stat (eg: gloves ias/crit), and things like that. Different iLvl has different max stats except for all resist. Also amulet has higher max than other slots, I don't know exactly what they are though.

250 str
250 vit
10% life
500 life on hit
20% gold or magic find
Yeah that's my perfect item right there.

I just found a rare amulet last night in act 1.
20-41 damage bonus
233 strength
193 vitality
7% life
55% crit damage
regenerate 111 life per second
I thought it was good, don't know what it's worth though.
Me and my buddy both found a rare amulet at the same time, we both posted it in chat at the same time and said, "LOOK AT THIS!"
Turns out, we both found really good rare amulets from the same monster. I wonder if that's a coincidence or working as intended?
( an in game way to tell the quality of the item) ?
