Animosity - Increase max fury by 20, increase fury generation by 10%
Brawler - 30% additional damage when 3 enemies within 8 yards
Tactics:
This build focuses on the ability to control crowds of enemies. The increased fury generation of cleave and furious charge allows for a big opening of fury generation, followed by an instant application of Rend to start stacking life leach. Seismic slam will serve as the main fury dump and also knock back enemies in front of the Barbarian, reducing the amount of damage being taken. In scenarios where the Barb is overwhelmed, Ground Stomp will serve as a reprieve, by knocking all enemies back 12 yards, allowing for another charge. Overpower serves as another nice means of health regen with the Revel rune ability, and also adds to the already high amount of AoE output.
The passives also allow for additional life leach, increased fury and fury generation, as well as additional damage in AoE situations.
This is a PvE Demon hunter build that I put together for what I believe to be high-level survivability maximizing the Utility that Shadow Power provides while maximizing its up-time by having Discipline Regeneration skills, I delved pretty far into being able to regen Disc as I'm wanting to be able to have it up as much as possible.
Here's the build I'm going to start with because I want to to use toads and dogs. Dogs are beefed up by Big Bad Voodoo as well, all in all I figure it will play somewhat like D2 necro except also constantly throwing free frogs at people
This Demon Hunter build is able to deal high amounts to damage to a single enemy or large groups quickly in a PvE environment.
Bola Shot is my primary attack and Hatred generator, outfitting it with Volatile Explosives makes it much more effective against large groups.
Rapid Fire will be the secondary attack, but the primary damage dealer against single target bosses. High velocity adds a chance to pierce and will make it effective against groups as well. However, assuming that the piercing mechanic is similar to Hungering Arrow, in that the arrows will spin around and seek out enemies, then this will also add extra effectiveness against single targets.
Smoke Screen will be the primary defense/escape move. Equipping it with Breathe Deep will also add the ability to combo into Fan of Knives or continue Rapid Fire when low on Hatred. With the passive skill, Tactical Advantage, Smoke Screen can also be used as a movement skill when I feel no need to conserve Discipline.
Caltrops, while meant to be a defensive ability, will act more as a support move in this build. Hooked Spikes alone makes Caltrops very effective as a defense move, but working together with the passives Steady Aim and Cull the Weak, will add an enormous damage boost. Caltrops ability to keep enemies away from the Demon Hunter will maximize the opportunities for Steady Aim to be active, while the slowing effects will allow Cull of the Weak to do its magic.
Marked for Death is another support ability meant to add even more damage output. Augmented by Valley of Death, I can place this on top of Caltrops to maximize damage boost potential.
Fan of Knives is the emergency button, meant to be used when overrun by a large wave of enemies. However, its high damage also makes it effective as a quick finisher. Fan of Knives can also be used to slow an enemy, giving me time to back out and set up my other abilities. Hail of Knives adds to the AoE making it effective as a fun way to take out large groups of enemies.
As explained earlier, the passive ability Tactical Advantage allows Smoke Screen to be a more effective escape move, while also making it viable as a movement ability. Steady Aim and Cull the Weak are to be used together with Caltrops to gain a massive damage boost.
This build allows the Demon Hunter to be able to quickly adapt to any PvE situation. I can take out large groups, put down single targets, and also bail out when getting in over my head.
Electrocute + Surge of Power for AoE damage on trash with replentishment
Disintegrate + Intensify for tougher enemies/bosses
Teleport + Fracture for escaping mobs
Hydra + Frost Hydra to help with slowing down enemies. If summoned pets benefit from passives, then fire/lightning hydra might be better for dps.
Ice Armor + Jagged Ice to help slow down and get away from the enemies
Archon + Improved Archon for pwnage
Prodigy for more regen
Paralysis for synergy with Electrocute
Conflagration for synergy with Disintegrate
I like to keep my distance and rain death from the mighty arrow. Combination of ranged and traps help me slow the enemy as I fire multishots killing large mobs.
Some Things About The Build
I intend to use this build on CooP mode with two friends focused on DPSing. So I'm mostly gonna use it as a tanking spec in order to keep the damage off of my glass cannon friends!!!
Cleave/Hammer as main attacks for rage building/consumption. I grabbed both the defensive shouts to boost survivability in later difficulties. Revenge/overpower are there for AE damage as well as my source of healing. My passives are to further boost defenses, making this build very durable.
This build was planned to fit a very fast, high damage, content clearing Barbarian. The strategy is based on achieving maximum attack and movement speed while delivering high damage blows on large groups of enemies while slowing them down through Frenzy, Cleave and Whirlwind, and finishing with Ground Stomp + Earthquake.
It consists of spamming Frenzy untill you get maximum attack speed bonus - Rune modification Relentless will also boosts your movement speed for high mobility.
Cleave damages all enemies in front of you - Rune modification Gathering Storm will slow enemies by 80%.
Rend ensures Bleed over time damage and improves survivability through Rune modification - Blood Lust.
Whirlwind ensures free mobility through waves of enemies and refunds Fury for finishers through Rune modification - Eye of the Storm.
Ground Stomp - Rune modification Wrenching Smash - Damages, pulls enemies towards you and stuns them for a good Earthquake finisher.
Earthquake - Rune modification Chilling Earth will guarantee a good finisher hit to most enemies drawn to you.
Boon of Bul-Kathos will make earthquake spamable every 1,5 min.
Bloodthirst will improve survivability through Frenzying / Cleaving / Whirlwinding through pack of enemies - 3% damage done gained as life.
Animosity will guarantee Fury generation for Rending / Whirwinding / Earthquaking.
This build has lots of AOE damage for quick efficient farming. Revenge and relentless will keep you chugging along. Animosity and a reaping cleave should keep you from becoming fury starved.
For bosses, you'll probably want to switch out cleave for bash (Instigation). That should help keep your fury up.
Trying to go for maximum burst damage while having fun skills that let me run all over the place.
I may be lacking some serious survivability, though..somewhat of a glass cannon I guess.
None of these are really set in stone, as I need to try them all out in game before I make a final call..might want to pick up some of the healing skills.
Ok so this is my crazy Health Globe Witch Doctor Build, for any of the difficulties.
The build centers around Gruesome Feast, so as you collect Health Globes, your Intelligence increases by 10%. Late game this would be crazy so long as you can find the globes. So the build is made so that everything promotes Health Globe drop
I want it so that you are collecting health globes like power-ups so that the truly skilled will have the gruesome feast ability constantly active.
So skills :
Summon Zombie Dog - Final Gift = Simple really, a dog dies it may drop a health globe
Mass Confusion - Devolution = So anything caught in this that then dies, may spawn a dog which might drop a globe
Sacrifice - Next of Kin = You can kill a dog, get another dog and possibly health globe. This is pretty important to the build
Big Bad Voodoo - Boogie Man = Enemies that die might spawn a dog, which might drop a globe
Zombie Charger - Explosive Beast = Kinda fill in skill, not sure if the skill rune will mean that the dog counts for the other abilities
Grasp of the Dead - Death is life = So if an enemy dies in the area, a health globe could be dropped
Passives :
Gruesome Feast - Pick up a health globe, intelligence is increased
Circle of Life - Zombie Dog could spawn from enemy who died which could then drop health globe when that dies
Zombie Handler - Upto 4 dogs allowed at once allowing for more to be killed
So everything is around spawning dogs for you to then explode to generate health globes so to keep Gruesome Feast active. I want it so that you are rushing to each mob just to keep the chain going
This is a build i designed for my mage, which will be my first character leveling through Normal. I tried to balance the build with single target / aoe / and defensive moves. I selected all runes based on a level around 30, which is most likely where the transition from normal to nightmare would be.
Exploding Palm (The Flesh is Weak):
The reason I went with this is for one, it is extra damage output that's directed for a single target as well as The Flesh is Weak will buff your groups damage done to the target by 12% which will benefit the stronger allies on your team.
Wave of Light (Explosive Light):
This will give you a very strong burst on a target(s) that could allow you to finish someone off or put solid damage onto a target(s) to where it's unhealable. With Explosive Light if your enemy team is grouped up has the potential of doing large amounts of cleave damage.
Serenity (Tranquility):
This will give you and your team a huge advantage over other teams, allowing you 3 seconds of invulnerability while you smash the other team into the ground or catch your team up by giving the opportunity to heal up.
Mantra of Healing (Boon of Protection):
Mantra of Healing will give you a steady amount of healing for you and your group as well as a 3 second burst when you use 25 spirit. With Boon of Protection it'll also give a 10% shield to allow the manta to heal up your health a bit.
Ways of the Hundred Fists (Fists of fury):
A steady damage ability to keep constant pressure with adding fists of fury to be able to dash a short distance at someone and catch them for a kill shot.
Mystic Ally (Eternal Ally):
Will give some sustained damage on targets as well as something that the opponent has to focus down relieving pressure of you and your team or the opposing team has to take the damage. With Eternal Ally you will have a 50% chance of a res allowing it to come back up if it is focused or cleaved down.
PASSIVE SKILLS-
Transcendence:
Will give you a large amount of personal healing making it hard for enemy teams to damage you and kill you. Will make you a target better off controlled then focused, very strong if it ends up being a 1v1 fight.
Near Death Experience:
Cheat Death? extra 30% health when dealt a fatal blow? For sure a game changer, can give you the opportunity to heal up, or finish someone off.
Pascifism:
When being focused, smacked down, unable to move while you're being controlled, take 75% less damage giving you more opportunity to live longer and your allies an opportunity to peel/kill the enemy.
Couple of direct damage skills for bosses and some AOE for everything else. Gruesome Feast, Soul Harvest and Pierce the Veil are there to buff damage output. No Dogs or Gargantuan pets necessary.

Ground Stomp - Avalanche - 12 yard knockback and 55% weapon damage
Furious Charge - Stamina- 8 fury per target hit
Overpower - Revel - 7% Life Stolen per enemy hit
Rend - Blood Lust - 6% Life Stolen by rend
Passives:
Bloodthirst - 3% Life Stolen
Animosity - Increase max fury by 20, increase fury generation by 10%
