Wow, i never even though of that. I suppose evil will have weapons and armor that are forged in the pits of hell. And good will have them blessed by the gods.

For the sake of SICK and the glory of Lord Silver.
Those whom have taken in the wicked, shall be punished by thy Lord.
Those whom have trechered into the dark, shall be smited by thy Light.
there will be light and dark weapons. properties may also vary. if the light version does say holy damage, the dark version would do unholy damage.
im not too sure on the specifics but with there being light and dark weapons i would expect something like that to happen.

-Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. That is alchemy's First Law of Equivalent Exchange. In those days, we really believed that to be the world's one, and only, truth.
Actually, I hope the weapons will vary depending on who's wielding them, maybe even change their attribues, for example some scepter will give "light" characters a bonus to their AR but will give a smaller bonus or even have a negative effect on the AR of a "dark" character.
That would be good, but I think it should be based on skills and stats also, not just the base clas that you're playing. That way a character not "intended" to be a sword-swinging melee character can still get worthwhile bonuses if they so wish.
PlugY for Diablo II allows you to reset skills and stats, transfer items between characters in singleplayer, obtain all ladder runewords and do all Uberquests while offline. It is the only way to do all of the above. Please use it.
Supporting big shoulderpads and flashy armor since 2004.
