And the community is even harsher when you release an unfinished game.
Exactly. They can't ban you for their faulty coding.
They can, and do.
If a bank makes a faulty transfer of funds to your account, is it OK to go out and spend that money? Or if their ATM incorrectly dispenses you money that isn't yours, can you keep it? If the answer is yes, the police would like a word with you.
SRLY report bots or spamers. Not players who farm stuff.
I can walk and chew bubble gum at the same time. I'll just report all 3 (ignoring your over-generalized "players who farm stuff but are really exploiting obviously broken mechanics to gain an unfair advantage over other players thereby affecting the economy and thus my game experience" /end run-on).

that's definitely not the reason that the economy is fk'd up... at least not now, it was fk'd when there were more gold farming exploits this is nothing compared to what there was
There are a lot of people confused by the "3x" in the title. He doesn't mean 3 pieces, he means 3 times the amount. So going from 1-4 to 2-8 or w/e it is.
It's not working. You can check that easily in normal difficulty. Just killed some mob using wiz's explosive blast, which is an instant kill for all champions.

I don't think you can do it on anything less than inferno just because everything dies too fast and inconsistently

Made an account just for this. I'm a banker and YES if the amount of money that gets in your account is not something extreme then yes you are allowed to it since the bank fucked up. Say you are paid about 1000 USD a month and 500 USD end up in your account by mistake of the bank then NOBODY can do ANYTHING to you if you spend that money. Now if 50.000 USD end up in there that's a whole different story.. I know i'm getting into semantics now but things need to be set straight
Erm, uh, no. You're full of shit. It's theft, period. The ONLY exception to this situation is you may be entitled to any interest earned while the "extra" money was in your account, based on legal precedence. The bank is also legally authorized to withdraw that money out of your account at any time after discovering the mistake, without your permission, including over-drafting your account and charging you fees for that overdraft.

Stop making shit up, thanks.
PS - I also work for a bank.
Life is the survival of the fittest, and even playing a game like D, it is in fact your brain controlling your avatar. If you come across a find that through repetition and perfection has allowed for you to surpass your competition within the confines of the game mechanics as currently designed, then you must adapt or not complain. Basically it all boils down to: don't hate the D player, hate the game mechanics. Instead of trying to find everyone responsible for these "exploits," people should go on the official Diablo forums and post it in the bug section. And if they have, and if you still feel so strongly, show your frustration by stopping playing until this mechanic is fixed. D goes through many phases and some patches make the game feel vastly different. This may be a time where you can take a couple days off or play less often until the game becomes more to your liking.
That bank's policies sound like the Mafia lending money btw. Federal and State rules vary depending on region. A simple check of a bank's policies, before giving them the esteemed pleasure of being able to hold your funds, clears up many of the traps large corporate banks have over their depositers. The most beneficial forms of banking, in terms of interest and loan rate origination, are in order found in your local union bank or established online banking only sites (Ally.com, etc.) If an incompetent bank employee or technology code writer's computer program makes a mistake at the larger corporate bank's, they will unleash the full force to get it back plus interest. As most of us know, five corporate banks own the vast majority of all deposited funds here in the USA. This consolidation has become even more concentrated after the catastrophe of Sept 2008, where after unregulated banks (per-government lobby dollar are only second to the oil industry) took us to the brink of disaster with their privatized profits turning into socialized losses for the entire nation perpertrated by 8 years of tax cuts and deregulation. What happened to "don't ask what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country?"
Basically at the end of the day, you are doing a bank an unprecedented favor by allowing them to hold your money. By giving it to the same companies that demand you pay every single one of their fee's and mistakes, you are keeping the cycle going of them doing this to their customers. When the banks started talking about having a checking card monthly fee even if you did not use your card, the outcry on the internet and social media made them immediately retreat in their stance overnight. Your money is your voice, make it count.

To address the second half of the post first: I'm not sure what the point of your rant over banks is about, or how it applies to the discussion at hand, but whatever.
My point remains that just because something is there, doesn't mean it's yours to keep, use, abuse, etc. In the case of the bank analogy, I was pointing out that a mistake being made does not grant permission, implied or otherwise, to the receiver of said mistake to take advantage of it. The same holds true in Diablo, and courts of law everywhere have made this abundantly clear.
Knowingly exploiting broken game mechanics is a violation of the terms of use that you agreed to when logging into the game. This isn't "clever use of game mechanics" or whatever stupid spin you want to put on it so you can sleep at night. It's incredibly obvious from the OP that this is a known bug (by virtue of it being fixed once already), and being exploited as such.
Perhaps you're just not sure on what the definition of exploitation is, so for reference:
2. to take advantage of (a person, situation, etc), esp unethically or unjustly for one's own ends.
Fixed a bug that allowed players to earn additional stacks of Nephalem Valor or guaranteed item drops by killing multiple monsters simultaneously from the same Champion or Rare pack
Doesn't work for all classes, As far as I know, it only works for monks who are using exploding palm for the final multi kill.
I've tried it with arcane orb, and no it does not work, killing all three at once will not give extra loot with the wiz.
But do it with exploding palm with a monk == profit. This exploit has been around since the beginning and is only just now becoming public. Don't believe me, get your monk, go to nightmare, try it.
No one ever exploits games that have been out for years, patches and fixes and all. Ever. Nope. Impossible.
They can, and do.
