Tony, I have a question.
I feel like using RoRG in the cube instead of CoE and swapping Zuni gloves for Taskers would be better. With AREA DAMAGE being a staple of builds now, I feel like having the pets attack quicker to have that AREA DAMAGE go off more and more and more with 100% uptime would be better than doing 200% increased damage with only 25% uptime.
What are your thoughts?
How in the world do you control what your pets are hitting? Inevitably running through a rift I end up missing 1 or 2 mobs with mana spenders, and my pets spend all their time attacking that one for no damage. I must be missing a key element for playing Zuni builds to keep this from happening...
Yep. It's infuriating. It is good if you can
get used toendure babysitting them, but it will drive you to madness.I have almost the exact build, and i only get crits of 100 mil. what am i doing wrong?
Probably a difference of gear quality I'd imagine, without seeing the profile.
I love this build. Thanks for the specs, I finally got to use full zuni after so many years ( I left diablo for 2 years) and come back and not only get the zuni set ASAP on Season 10, I am working my way up in an extremely fast way. Thanks again for the build if any modifications I shall let you know but as I am at the moment I have no trouble clearing GRIFT 55 in 6-9 mins. Only one ancient (helm) with no upgrades, rest of equip not perfect but working it out, LGems lvl 25-35 and counting. Oh yeah Paragon 366 hitting with 125,000mill in crit.
Will update if I ever get the right pieces for an upgrade.
Cheers.
Im just dying a lot with this build at GR 78 ish. I know it is probably gear and experience that is needed, anyone got some tips on how not to die to much?
Also is there any variation to this build that could make me a little more tanky without gimping to much?
I have seen 2 variations of this build on the top 20 leaderboards this season. Both have similar gear, notably the mantle of channeling. Both also have identical skill sets but do not have a channeling spell. Can anyone explain this?
Skills - Haunt: Poisoned Spirit; Fetish Army: Legion of Daggers; Piranhas: Piranhado; Soul Harvest: Languish; Spirit Walk: Honored Guest; Gargantuan: Humongoid
Gear - 6 Piece Zuni swapping gloves or ring depending on preference; Tasker and Theo if using zuni ring. Belt of Trans, Lakumbas, Sacred Harvester, Mantle of Channeling
Jewelry - Endless walk set w/ SMF or Zuni depending on 6 piece variation
Cube - Furnance, Jeram, SMF or COE
If Mantle of Channeling is affecting pets, then it's probably a bug that will get fixed in a later patch...
Plus I see you sacrificed the attack speed gain of T&T for extra damage from CoE, that seems logical since they have cleave so I'll have to try that.
For those wanting more survivability, just swap CoE in cube with Unity. You'll lose 50% damage but if you want more survivability you'll take 50% reduced damage. This build has a ton of survivability already, though.
Or swap stricken for taeguk
Or even Esoteric
You won't be able to do this very often due to the long CD. And it's even worse on unfavorable terrain. I've once cast my gargs but because I was inside an indoor zone with stairs and upper/lower floors, the gargs ended up spawning on the lower floor, whereas the boss was up top. They got stuck in a corner and wouldn't move. Fun times.
I'm also pretty squishy. I've been farming up Grift 60 with the build easily enough, but pushing into 67-68 is kicking my ass. My damage seems to be fine, but I take hits like a paper doll. Leveling up Esoteric Alteration to see if that helps :\ Also got lucky w/ a Swampland Attunement (enhanced by Thing from the Deep) on my Hellfire, since my Endless Walk drops have been absolute garbage so far.
Lol its so bullshit. This build even cant do 70GR befor u have Ancient stuff. This build can only do 65GR max!! Than you need friend for looooong time farm Ancient stuff, and only after that you can do something with this build solo.
Tony make good build in 9 season (helltooth) and its great, but this build is crap..
This build is complete garbage until half decent ancient gear. Stop making builds based on the PTR drop rates, will literally take you half the season or playing 16 hrs a day to even be viable in 85. Thats whats wrong with all these guides, every fucking one of them is PTR based.
i did gr 70 with crap gear with this build day 2 of the season, also recently cleared gr 90 and 91 at 1k Paragon = https://pbs.twimg.com/media/C93cDZcWAAEJ3uT.jpg:large
Make sure you defence bonus is maxed, IE fetishes and soul harvest stacks, use Templar follower for the heals.
Use fetishes to block incoming attacks , positioning is key .
This build is not easy to play, but if you do it right the results are very good.

Hello, nice build, just a question, isn't it worth to trade the furnace for a Homunculus so you can have dogs in your build , or are dogs really not that worth it?
Do you just not like Haunt spam? Maybe this is just a problem for lower tier content, but I feel like firebats is inconsistent. Is firebats just better in higher content? or does it not matter?
