After 13 years at Blizzard I've decided it's time for a new adventure. This friday will be my last day with the company and while I'm not entirely certain what I'm going to do next I am excited to see what the industry has to offer.

It's common for developers to leave and pursue new creative interests when a studio switches its attention to a new game. We know Blizzard has been working on this new Diablo project for some time now, and Travis likely feels like this is a perfect opportunity to go do something new.
Love this guy. He was open and positive to the community despite all the hate.
Or blizzard doesn't care about Diablo 3 and this guy wants to actually do something.
Pretty sure all devs will join Bonefire Studios , the new, the true Blizzard..
