    Granted, I find 5 legendaries per hour as well sometimes. All 2h weapons, of course. But you know - it's RNG. I know that. I knew that. It's always been like that for me. I just keep pretending that all this bad luck will turn around and years of disappointment will pay off and I'll get a quadruple full Tal's set drop from Malthael on his first kill, plus a Wand of Woh right afterwards as quest reward.
    Off topic, but I was wondering if you could actually get a legendary item from a quest?

Think about it. Your range isn't 1170-1408 its actually 2055-2475 which averages about 2265 DPS. Could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time, although I see no reason why this isn't how it works.
    Ill give it a go sometime tonight and see how it does

    If I were to drop the difficulty, the build ceases to function. The white trash dies too quickly and when they're dead, I lose all my lifestealing from rend and it makes it much more difficult to instantly refresh the cd on my charge.

    I get you there, I had a similar issue last night. Its an interesting one to have.

    Oh man I would love this change so much, currently Blizzard is pretty weak. Perhaps the only thing I would do is have the arcane rune have a chance to slow enemies and change all the cold runes to have a chance to slow/freeze enemies

    It is not broken, it just gives you a flat bonus to legendary drops, not magic find in general and therefore it isn't listed as magic find.
    Is there a blue post on this? Just wondering

    Well, I don't think that's an accurate analogy. You can't ignore the fact that the next expansion is a week away, and the one after that could be two years away (assuming there is one.) It makes a difference.

    To an extent, yes. However, in the video I showed the rares I crafted. Crafted rares are currently better than most legendaries unless you get real lucky and the legendaries roll high. Statistically speaking it's cheaper and quicker to craft Archon rares for shoulders, chest, gloves, maybe even 6 prop helm/boots/belt, get rare rings with primary/vit/CC, craft ammy, and use a legacy lifesteal weapon.

    This morning I found one upgrade to my LS weapon - 3% damage and 2% toughness boost ... but no LS. So I'm still sticking to the 'ez mode' weapon until RoS. Why make the game harder for yourself?
    Because a challenge can be fun? Whats the point of even playing right now if you're not a fan of the drops, why not just wait until RoS?
