Just to update some more info here, I already pre-seen that the gloves will be nerf and have a few backup builds that is equally fast without any of the shrines. And yes, with decent CD reduction, i can still spam breath of heaven. My point in the video should be pretty clear, the CD mechanic needs to be re-think, and breath of heaven doing both damage and healing at same time in a 50 yards that also travels through walls with no spirits cost just seems too over power to me.

If it is overpowered. It will get nerfed. This is a really early beta. 90% of the numbers you see in the game now will be reduced and fixed by the time it goes closed beta. And continued to be tuned til the release of the game. Not one build that is OP now will be on release. -

By the way they builds acts like now. Its just the new ww/archon spec of RoS. Which blizzard said they would go away from. Get build diversity.
If this would hit live, everybody and their mother would use this build so it will be dead in the water most likely next beta patch. It wont ever go live.
Gloves and weapon will also get a major nerf. Possibly something like max 2 shrines and 50% longer shrines. Or 1 hour with reduced shrines - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.

Its a buff altogether. However. Wallers are kinda lame now.
Before if you had 2-3 fetishes behind a waller with you. It was ok. The remaining 20 still went pew pew.
Now. those 2-3 will fire at the wall and you lose 40-60% of your dmg.
So that's not nice

Im still thinking that the throne room that doesn't do anything in 2.3 is the gateway into next expansion.
Sescheron was the capitol of the barbarians.
Next expansion is rumored to be located in the Skovos isles. Homeland of the Amazons.
Amazons and barbarians are kinda similar-ish.
My guess is that the new expansion starts in the throne room.

Yes. The item will have dex. The stats on the item rolls when you open it. The items inside does not. They are determined when the cache is dropped. There are numerous blue posts in past confiming this.
But if you don't believe. Go ahead. Farm 100 caches now and open them when the patch is live and bathe in Cube mats. Or not since it won't work.

Urm. This is kinda logical. The loot in the caches are determined when the cache is dropped. Not when you open it.
If you farm the caches when there are no Kanai items in game. You won't get any when you open it either. Same for ptr or waiting for patch

I have all the classes non season. When the season end i take the best bits i have of gear, and transfer it to my non season hero of the same class. The season chars i delete. Why would i want 2 of the same class ?

Let them make a druid. With 3 different classes.
When you press S to get into the skill tab. You first get the choice of 3. Ranged, melee, melee
Ranged is a int based caster spec sorta thing.
the 2 melee is str and dex based.
When you chose one of them. You get the regular skill panel for that sub class.
you gear up and smartloot gives gear to the spec you are currently running.
Make it so number one. Engage

I never said ptr tho. I was talking about season 4 when it goes live. Which i am assuming IamSpy also talked about.

Why ruin the patch in not even half the time by starting straight at the top. With high paragon and good gear ? No struggle to get gear and hardly any chance to be happy about upgrades. Because they hardly ever drop.
Patch is fun so much longer if you start it fresh. Not at the end of progression curve

The leader boards are pretty even now. Barb need to get a small nerf. WD a tiny buff. The top leaders are all between 65 and 69. With barb being at 71.

You need less of other mats. and the start of a season its much easier to farm for the bounty mat than getting 2 forgotten souls. So i do not see the problem

43 min is nothing. Its usually never under 2 hours on ptr.
