The thing about MP is its really dependent on what you are aiming to do with your play session. This is how is breaks down IMO.
1) MP1 is what I use if I am trying to just farm some gear/paragon levels/legendaries. Unless you can farm MP4-5 as quick as you can farm MP1 it isnt really worth it, because the % increase in mf/xp from higher MPs isn't greater than the speed you can kill things on MP1.
2) MP7-8 is what I use if I am doing keywarden runs to work on getting keys to do the uber bosses for Hellfire rings.
So again IMO if I were you with the gear you currently have.... run MP1 so that all items that drop automatically have a chance to roll ilvl63 stats instead of for example... an ilvl 58 rolling complete crap it can still roll something that would be an upgrade for you. If you get tired of doing that and want to try something harder then bump the MP up as high as you are comfortable with and run some keywarden games. The keywardens drop the keys to make the machines to do the uber bosses to get the hellfire rings. They have a drop chance based off what MP you are on, and the higher the MP the better the drop chance. My advice would be to drop tough as nails and take weapons master. If you use an axe or mace in your main hand with weapon master passive your dps will skyrocket. In your offhand get you a dagger with life steal and crit dmg or life steal and an open socket ( use crit gem). Once you hit 70k dps life steal is better than life on hit so don't worry about losing that life on hit. I recommend a dagger in off hand because the tornados you get from sprint base their damage "ticks" on attack speed so dagger has the best attack speed. Don't worry too much about the dps on your offhand. Buy one if it has 600dps or more with life steal/crit dmg and/or socket and some strength is a bonus if you find a decent priced one. You can also get a mighty belt with roughly the same stats as the one you have...and life steal. If you get one of those you can drop the bloodthirsty and pick up Superstition passive to help with desocrate/molten which can be rough on a barb. I have an extra axe that might be a decent starting main hand for you. My battletag is Burgandy83#1961 and I will be on about 6pm EST and I will give you the axe if it hasn't sold yet. Its worth something for sure, but not best in slot for a barbs off-hand. We would rather have strength than dex. and life leech instead of life on hit. Barbs also need fast attack speed, such as a dagger in our off-hand. I can't give you an accurate price while I am at work, but still a nice find.
I am by no means the best barb, but it's been my main class since release so I would like to think I know 1 or 2 things. I would ask first why you have no run speed, but seem to be running the WW build. My recommendations on upgrades would be IK 2pc and then rare gloves with crit % and crit dmg. The IK belt can get you the extra life steal you need for higher lvl Mp's. The IK boots can get you the same stats your boots have now, but with run speed as well. Lacuni Prowlers are always a good option to max your run speed which is a huge boost for WW build. Like I said I am no uber barb, but I hope any of that helps. This is my barb, and as you can see I am not #1 in the world, but I surely am not the worst.
Edit: Just saw the movement speed on chest. So if you got movement speed on boots you could save yourself from the really expensive Lacuni Prowlers, until you replace your chest.
So I am doing my normal Act3 farm run (#4,863,921to be exact) and I get a Grail drop. I kill 2 more mobs and get another grail drop. You guessed it, 2-3 mobs later and I get yet another grail drop. Nothing new there...crap item drops....woot! So I finish my run and go and identify, and the 3 grails are the exact same item. Same name...same stats...same crap loot.

I feel obliged to let you know that the cap exists - it's set at 2 billion gold on GAH. But this is beside your point, of course
I would say that a better solution is to charge a proportionate fee for putting up an item on the AH, and if the item sells, the fee is refunded (just like in WoW). Maybe 5% is sensible and high enough to deter people from putting ridiculously high prices.

I would support your idea more than the current 15% everytime you sell something, because if I sell something for 25million and they take 3,750,000gold and throw it in an imaginary back alley dumpster for no reason, I feel cheated because I could have got $3-$5 dollars on the RMAH by selling the 3,750,000 they took for no reason.
2. Ilvl 51 loot in Act3/4....what the f**k...
-> remove the low ilvl loot from the loottable...would not make such a huge difference because the 60+ stuff you loot is 99% crap anyway...
Preach it brother! Sooo annoying to get loot for a level 52 who has 0% chance to be in Inferno difficulty! I vote lvl 60 only items in hell difficulty because that wouldn't be dumb at all..... right Blizz???
@Vallerian... You ever feel like this game was made for the 10million people who never played diablo1 or diablo2? Alot of the things they did in diablo3 are a smack in the face to us who grew up playing diablo and finding hundreds of set pieces and unique items. We didnt use them all, but it was fun actually trying to get a full set of gear that I could make a new character to use it on. The new stuff is soooo expensive that I feel like its completely out of reach unless I farm 40hrs a week, which i do not have time to do.
1) Lack of good drops- Diablo was about constant loot drops and having options in what you equip. If someone was to not use the AH now, they would be stuck in act1 for a year waiting on upgrades to drop.
2) AH prices- Put a cap on how much people can charge for items on the AH. For anyone else like me who can farm act3 til they are blue in the face, and still not get something that I can post for 200million and then buy 1 upgrade for myself.... it's insanely frustrating!!!
3) Multiplayer- I would love to play with friends, but there are only drawbacks to playing with friends. Mobs take longer to kill, not everyone is there when elites drop and then they whine. I lose the buffs from my companion which actually really help me survive and farm faster. How about they give a buff in multiplayer...5% stat increase or armor % increase or 10% experience increase.... give us a good reason to lose companion buffs and play with friends without feeling like we are worse off for doing so!
Couple things I would recommend. 1) More vitality! get over 1000vit and use the passive that increases armor based off vitality 2) Crit chance should be 25%-30% without including your passive. If you don't have high enough crit you end up not getting enough rage and u cant whirlwind and make the most of your life on hit. 3) Life on Hit should be 1000 and I always keep 2%-5% life steal cause u can pick it up on a weapon with life on hit if you watch the AH. 4) More resists 500-600 without Warcry is optimal IMO.
5) Don't worry about DPS. I do 40k including buffs, and it's more than enough. The problems come when you dont get enough rage to whirlwind and keep tornados up, because without them you don't get massive Life on Hit heals.
I know that sounds like alot, but the problem is affording the upgrades. WW barb is the most OP spec in the game at the moment IMO. That means that gear for that spec is going to cost alot. Watch the AH and buy when you find a good price on an item. I wouldn't divide my 700k gold into a couple items. I would recommend using all of it on 1 good upgrade.
Just my opinion and not based off spreadsheets or websites so I could be off on my values, but it works for me. This is my WW barb i use to farm act3 and have no issues at all.
