barbs weren't nerfed as bad as people try to make it out to be. and hes also using crushing advance.... 100% uptime 35% damage reduction.

Low geared Barbs are getting a huge nerf, Thrive on Chaos will not be a viable 100% up time in low end gear with the proc coefficient of Run Like The Wind being more than halved.

In great gear, this nerf has essentially zero effect, you already gained more than enough fury to make WotB essentially permanent.

Is it hard to goto the AH and look?

Sure, he can do that, if he wants to copy the price off a bunch of other amulets that have been sitting on the AH not selling.

    Act2 Near Kulle.

My problem is that I have problem staying alive even with 800ar (Buffed) and 30k Dps(Buffed)

I had less than you and was doing fine at that stage of the game. I suggest you practice your game play with the build and get a bit better at it and see if that makes a difference firs,t before spending your gold on upgrades.

posted a message on Will PvP Become the New Priority?
They'll attempt to focus the game on PvP to provide endgame, until that fails spectacularly within a month and people start quitting again.

Along the way, you'll watch a bunch of your favourite PvE abilities get mangled in an attempt to balance PvP, as is the status quo for WoW.

    Quote from coolstorybroz

Don't use Kripp as a judge for how anyone with decent gear will handle monster power 10. His gear is terrible compared to many of us who haven't quit the game like 4 times. It won't be that bad for anyone who actually deserves to be in lvl 10. I still consider my gear pretty bad but I'll be spinning around that mob with 300k dps not counting my 30% stone of jordan.

Wiz/dh/wd I can see having problems though.

"Deserves" to be in level 10?

I wish I had a trophy to give you for a post that retarded.

Why do you expect that we deal 100% paperdoll damage in pvp?
    a) resists
    B) armor
    c) other damage reduction sources (shrines, abilities = skills + passives)
    d) they can easily bring a buff decreasing our damage dealt to players to 10-25% and greatly changing the pace of PvP this way
    e) see ehp ranking - http://www.diablopro...at_ehp_unbuffed ; #1 is close to 9 million With 500k paperdoll dps that's still almost 20s of constant shooting without moving at all (and no defensive cooldowns or healing popped).

That doesn't matter at all, the point is about it's comparative damage to the entire base.

Yes, damage will be reduced by defensive stats, but the guy with 100k is still going to be doing a hell of a lot less than the guy with 300k.

Every class has some sort of resistance buff right? Barb it's war cry and it's being nerfed. OWE is the monk one and it has to be nerfed as well. Only problem is it ties into gear choices where as war cry doesn't.

War Cry absolutely ties into gear choices. a Barbarian can aim for 400-600 AR to feel comfortable with Impunity, and focus stats on DPS focused one after they reach that area of AR, nerfing this skill leaves Barbarians with a gear set that does not have enough AR on it, and needs to be regeared.

You run through Act3 and Azmodan comes many times to say how you won't kill him.

I dislike this game a lot, it was the biggest disappointment I've had in years, but this argument I've seen so many times just screams that you don't get the point. He is the lord of Sin, guess what one of the sins are? Pride. He's being Prideful, that's the damn point.

So basically, even if I had never even touched the Blacksmith until I was level 58 in Hell mode, I would still need to train all that crappy level 5 gear to get to the good stuff?

Awesome, so my money wasn't wasted.

I was curious about this after blowing a ton of gold on training Blacksmithing.

Do you start off Blacksmithing at, let's just pretend level 1. you train up to level 2 for 5000g increments, then level 3 for 7000g increments, 9000, ect. Then those carry over to Nightmare, Hell and Inferno?

I am having trouble wording what I mean, but do you HAVE TO train the level 5 items, then 10, ect up to access Nightmare and Hell level crafting items? Or does Nightmare and Hell have their own Blacksmithing levels that you can train up wholly independent of your level of training in Normal?

Does training higher Blacksmithing in Normal waste gold you should save for training crafting in Nightmare/Hell, or are you forced to train those levels independent of difficulty and the gold spent on it is good at any time?

Just curious if I wasted gold on items I won't really be using in Normal, or if this was all required anyway.
