For some odd reason, I find that funny and I even went to a funeral today (also heart attack, but not Diablo)
I thought I was going to become one of those statistics. After the fourth day of no sleep I began shaking and my skin discoloured oddly, as well as losing feeling in my fingertips.
At that point I knew it was time to sleep and that was harder than facing death for me. I even had to drink sleeping pills because of my insomnia. All that I had on my mind was Diablo.
I'm telling you, at that stage you're so absorbed you don't even realize what you're doing to your body. You see the effect, you feel the effect, but you don't care and/or understand. It's just 'one more level', a bit more gold, NEED TO BE FIRST IN INFERNO, etc, etc, etc. I'm sure there was more than one case.
R.I.P Fellow gamer, I hope it was a happy three days for you.
Would be extremely humorous if this was the case. I loved Shen's dialogue, funny as hell. However, I doubt this very much. Nice theory though :Thumbs Up:
Last night was the first time I've gotten pissed off in the game. I was in the Caldeum sewers, and there was only 1 path to the exit. I faced a champ pack of Vortex/Molten/Fire Chains. I was dying instantly. No time to even leap attack out of it. Every time I died, my wife saw it on my screen, and had to rub it in my face.
I've seen at least a hundred different posts where people claim they've been hacked and stripped of their goods. Thankfully I'm not one of them.
However, I was curious as to whether the Diablo website itself might've been compromised.
I'm saying this because when I reloaded the forum I got this popup and it was definitely not kosher. Is that normal? Because I can't see how a secure website, which deals with thousands of accounts, would have something like that?
I'm relatively new to the D3 official forum site, so I have no idea whether there's a reasonable explanation for it. So that's why I'm posting.
Should I avoid the site? Or is this normal and meant to be so?
Seriously...I mean SERIOUSLY? WTF? You have ten listings and you waste it on this? And then these people bitch that their stuff doesn't sell?
Look, I understand there's something called 'pushing your luck', but what type of logic were these people graced with? If you're one of these people, please tell me why on earth you'd list something so ridiculously weak for such a ludicrous amount of gold.
I died so many times in Act III cause of those goddamn Heralds of Pestilence. They are probably the most overpowered monster in the game if you're a melee character, especially if a champion mob imbued with waller / jailer is around and manages to trap you.
I probably died at least 10 times cause of those fuckers.
Amen and +1 for you sir. I f-ing hate those things. The only thing you can do is get close to them and hope they don't use their 'hands' beneath the ground thing. They wiped me in nightmare.

Because it's no fun if a monster doesn't explode in a bunch of loot and all that loot can't be good.
