Ok so i know its a little early to be talking about diablo 4 when diablo 3 isnt even out yet, as well as I believe it has been stated that Diablo 3 will be the last game in the installment apart from expansions. (No source)
But I just had an idea after reading up on Diablo lore again and thinking how cool it would be to play a Prequel to Diablo 1, It could go as far back as possible in the lore, from the fighting between Anu and Tethamat, all the way up to Diablo 1. Even if the Nephilim werent created yet, it would be pretty cool to play a larger role as lesser angels and demons and eventually coming to the great standstill leading to the war over the Nephilim. What do you guys think? Would it be a cool idea? Should D3 be the last of the series? If you love diablo as much as me, I don't really care as long as I'm playing diablo and killing demons (and maybe a few angels)
