"Bashiok has just posted confirming that they have yet to see any accounts comprised other than normal means. updating that section to match his new post"
Blizzard has been telling people that their accounts have not been compromised despite their gold and gear disappearing and random new people added to their friends list. They are still offering these people rollbacks to my knowledge.
Blizzard isn't lying when they say no accounts have been compromised other than normal means because most of the "hacked" accounts weren't compromised just accessed through an exploit. In other words the hackers/exploiters don't have any information about the account and can't access it without you all ready being in game and through the authentication process. After reading the battlenet forums off and on over the last 6 hours or so it appears that the majority of the people making these claims have had their characters cleaned but still have access to their accounts. Relatively, there are very few people who are claiming that their account and/or email passwords have been changed, which is common practice when phising or keyloggers are in use.
Legally Blizzard is only obligated to announce their security measures have been breached if personal information was gained by the parties that broke through their system. Why would Blizzard announce to the world that they have a faulty security setup if they don't need to? Considering the RMAH that is set to release in a week the answer should be fairly obvious -- They wouldn't announce it. I probably wouldn't make a public statement about it either if I was in their shoes.
Of course this could possibly be wrong, but I am not making any of this up as it has all been gathered first hand from the battlenet forums. Take a look at the blue topics tracker in the top left corner or at the battlenet forums and you will see that this is a very hot topic. I have never seen this big of an increase in "hacked" accounts with any releases of other Blizzard games and they all use the same authentication setup. The shear number of people getting simultaneously hacked suggests that the problem isn't everyone visiting the same lame phising site.

On the bright side SK normal is only like an hour or two into gameplay...not like you will have to level up a character much to get em. Do you only like one character ? lol
Why won't it work if you level up the same character you play?

I use a very similar build and I absolutely love it. Trash mobs aren't too big of a deal without using the cooldowns and it completely obliterates Elites and makes bosses go down fast aswell. I am curious if you have tried the Fetish Sycophants passive? I use it with poison darts and I usually have 3-5 fetishes up at all times. Its like having Fetish Army up constantly! If you feel safe without the benefits of Spirit Vessel I highly recommend it. You mentioned you have rings with attacks speed... I can only imagine the amount of Fetishes you would have summoned, I bet you could get 5-8 easily
How is the valor buff working? Are you seeing a significant increase in loot with it?

I used Pierce the Veil for a while but I didn't have many mana regen abilities and was starved a lot. I think it might work well for your build though. As for which cooldown to use with Vision Quest, I prefer a longer cooldown so you don't have to be spam it all the time. In fact I changed my build to 3 long cooldowns and got rid of Soul Harvest (I realize most people won't want to do this lol). If you want a short cooldown I would go with Hex, as it is usefull in every situation. If you want a longer one I would choose Mass Confusion with either devolution rune or paranoia(lvl 46 you might have to wait a few levels for it). Another possible skill would be zombie wall with the Pile On rune. Its a 25 second cooldown and would give you an extra attack for 765% damage. You need level 49 to get it though, and I am only level 46 and haven't tested how it works.
You may find that you have to spam the shorter cool down spells at non optimal times. This is why I got rid of soul harvest , half the time I would end up using it no where near an enemy just to regen mana for bat spam. It might work better with your build though because you should have more mana to begin with so you can take the time to use it properly. Here I will link my build in case you are curious, It is a bit slower on the regular mobs(like taking an extra couple bats to kill a group) but when I pop the cooldowns on Elites they die FAST. http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/witch-doctor#ecUjPT!bVU!baZYZZ
My other Vision Quest build was the same 2 offensive skills and Garg but with Hex, Soul Harvest and Spirit Walk. It worked well for the most part but I was having a tough time managing all the cooldowns while spamming bats. Plus I wanted to try out some new stuff out.

I recently read a blog from one of the creators of Rogue (forget his name sorry) which to my knowledge was the first game to have the randomized maps. He said that making the dungeon randomly generated was the hardest part to figure out and program. This was in the 80's and I am not an expert programmer so I can't really comment on how hard or easy it is. One thing is for certain, its harder to make a randomized game than just having it set in stone - it just sounds like a nightmare to try to make everything work together.
The way I see it a randomized game has almost limitless replayability but has to be simplified and occasionally will have issues with the various random sections (like D2's Jail). A game that isn't randomized has less replayability but can focus more on detail and will in general work better. Diablo 3 falls some where in the middle in my opinion.

I have a suggestion that may or may not work well for your build. Basically I find the Gruesome Feast passive inconsistent other than getting a bit of mana from health orbs after you have cleared a group. Don't get me wrong, if you have a full stack of soul harvest and collect 5 orbs, your int goes through the roof. But that is hard to maintain and can put you at risk while collecting orbs, it is also next to useless on most boss fights.
If mana generally isn't an issue I would try the Pierce the Veil passive (20% more damage for 30% mana costs) and see if you aren't mana starved. I think that passive will be amazing once we are all geared out and have insane mana pools and regen. If that is keeping you mana starved then try a different passive perhaps a more defensive one. I personally really like Spirit Vessel ( 2 second cooldown reduction on Soul Harvest/ Spirit Walk/ Horrify aswell as letting you escape death once every 90 seconds) but I spam spirit walk every time it is up for the 30% mana it gives. It came in very handy on NM Belial saving my ass from death a few times lol. If you rarely die now you will never die with that passive.
If you switch out one of your attacking skills to something with a cooldown you can take advantage of the 300% mana regen from Vision Quest. You never have to worry about running out of mana with that passive working and this could free up some of your mana oriented runes for more damage/utility.
Of course this is all suggestions and you know your play style better than me. If you have no problem keeping the gruesome feast buff up than there is really no reason to change it. Although I really would change it on most boss fights.

Basically I feel like the game rewards you for exploring more so than the other 2 Diablo games and this should actually keep the experience fresher.
One thing I want to note, every random dungeon that has multiple levels always has a resplendent chest at the bottom of it, and those are full of goodies. You can easily tell which dungeons these are by looking at the name of the dungeon and seeing if it says "level 1".

Only other logical thing I can think of, perhaps it scales to your level. I remember their being a few stats like that in D2 but I can't recall exactly what items / stats off the top of my head.

It's not broken, just doesn't work the way you would want it to. If they the zombie kills an enemy it spawns the other zombies where the enemy died not at you. I agree this skill is not as good as I expected, mostly because how slow and how small of a range the zombies have. Has potential for close quarters perhaps.
Also, I am using the same exact build as you except for 1 passive (which I'm going to switch when I get back in game and test it) and Jaunt and Garg rune. I was using the Cleave Garg rune for all of normal but the tougher elites in NM makes Restless Giant rune better IMO. Most non-elite mobs die pretty fast from a few dire bats so the cleave isn't really necessary. Restless Giant also works to signal when an elite comes near as it grows HUGE, I find it very usefull when I'm busy fighting and don't notice the elites about to gank me! The 120 second cooldown is stupid because you can just recast the Garg every 60 seconds and it starts the effect over again. I can usually use it 2-3 times on most elite monsters, this is grouped up mind you.

Also, soul harvest is almost OP! As long as I have it on I seem to be doing a very large chunk of the damage in groups.
