A pirate I can't see in the game for reasons of armor looks and skills. But a bandit type would be a hell alot of fun. As for the gun idea. It would b fun but medieval guns took upwards of a minute to reload ... to me and im sure everyone else here a Monte to reload a gun while a quill veins is raping your ass is not a fun idea.
Eh I thought it was too. Just something that was tunning around in my head. Though for me I don't see many spoilers coming out from a few more quest. Buy really I was just trying to think of a way fot everyone to get a chance to play with a demo. Hell even releasing one of the blizzcon demos would be fine in my opinion!
So bare with me on this, I am tired and half asleep.
With the news of the Beta being announced but not sent out to lots of people, and the game being pushed back till later next year sometime.
I have a thought of instead of just having the little part of the act in the beta, the select few people that do get in can play at least half the first act while there be a demo of the current beta released for the general populous.
That way, to me, we all get a taste of the game but the beta players get a little more then what the rest of the demo players would get. To me everyone will be happy and the Beta people get to still have their exclusive game play experience.
Anyone think it is a good/bad/dreadful idea?
Again I am half asleep and just been thinking to myself and my girlfriend who has no idea what I am talking about anyway...So if you don't I don't blame you!
I still suspect no regular Opt-In has gone through, those are most likely only Press, F&F and maybe a few lucky people that were mistakenly invited.
Blizzard is most likely finishing Beta-Patch #4 first, deploy it and then invite people.
I still do not agree with their policies on telling us when the F... we should be checking our Emails. It's just aggravating the way they refuse to give simple information.
I doubt there would be a big shitstorm if they gave us info on exact deployment of waves and possibly the number of invites.
As I said on the official forums when this same site was posted there: the only reason one would want to track beta population numbers is so that you can whine at Blizzard about how few people they have let in. It's pointless. Blizzard will issue more beta keys when they are ready for more people on the servers, and not before.
Correct, but why raise the already freakishly high anticipation of the masses to another level by fake-announcing the begin of the beta? Well, I guess we know this answer; Marketing.
I really don't think its marketing more then they are wanting to release the beta before tue emulator works more. So technically they say it is out and beta is over when in fact its not. Oh and this is just my thought on it all. No need to ask for prove or rang on about how stupid I am.
