I was really confused by the ending of the trailor, maybe there is no significance to this, although is there was none than why zoom in on diablos red soulstone ? There has to be some reasons why they showed it lying on the muddy road as if the wanderer threw it away. In the game Diablo 2 Jared Cain said something about diablos and mephistos soulstones being destroyed ( when was diablos soulstone exaclty destroyed ? ) He said it after you finish the second(or third) quest of Act 4. To destroy the prime evils (or keep them away from the human realm) all of their soulstones must be destroyed.

Diablo 3 will be announced one day, there is no doubt about it. You just have to wait and bug blizzard empoyees to announce it faster.

yeah the dying part at high level with godly gear really makes the hardcore worth it and fun it hurts so bad when you die but thats what makes it fun. just like in real life.. life wouldnt be fun with out death.

Hey does anyone here play atm d2 lod us east hc ladder ? ive been playing the diablo series since diablo one was out. Ive quit d2 like a year ago and now the urge to play is back "its like some evil lurking in the darkness that wants me to play". anyways im going to start playing today and was wondering if anyone here plays on d2 lod us east hc ladder and wanted to start some kind of channel or clan where we can help each other on baaling/rushing/mfing/dclonehunting. Well if anyone is interested please leave a sign. and dont forget to leave a name i can add online.

yeah i agree , the diablo 3 economy shouldnt be 100% based on the bartyr system .. they should make Gold the currency which anyone could get over time by playing instead of the high end items which are really hard to get for the rookies.

First of arnt Points 4 and 6 the same?
I have to disagree with you on some points, the pkers in d2 ESPECIALY the hacking ones with tppk and such (on HC ladder ) are dirt and should be shot in their kneecaps. Gold should be actually worth something which would make the game more challenging and fun. but some of your points i really like such as the mfing part,quick boss killing and that you are actually able to solo the whole game which is really fun :).
id also like to add a few things they should keep in the game
- no monthly payments to play online.
- being able to play single player if you have no internet.
- and blizzard should really keep the game Hack free becuase all kinds of hacks they have really would ruin the game.

If anyone here played Wow they know that Gold is actually worth something. And the economy on the realms seems to be really good. The pvp ranking there probably will be used in the diablo 3 game. not saying that d3 will be a mmorpg but the economy and pvp system might be similar.

i have a feeling blizzard will allow to have 2 sides in this edition... just like in Wow Horde vs Alliance. In d3 itll be most likely Hell vs Heaven and also that would satisfy everyones wants/needs. Some people like to be the good guys and some dont.
