I liked the merc in D2, but i honestly think he should just be a pale comparison to the "Hero", like he was in D2, he leveled slower, died faster ect ect.
Maybe add a few more armor pieces to them, belt/boots/gloves ? maybe A ring Slot. (maybe not..)
i wouldnt mind seeing some kind of Merc that spicializes in healing (since pots seem to be out) maybe some sort of acolyte/cleric thats being trained in demon warfare ? (just an idea) wouldnt mind healing support while i still had the pleasure of unleashing my wrath on the less fortunate dimmer minions of hell.

lets just say that weather or not your 10 years old or 98 years old, you can be immature and rude, but if you can get your Account banned for acting like a jack ass... you might think twice about doing it. chances are if you dont and you generally go around calling people racist slurs because you just learned a new word or becuase you really are just that ignorant you'll be getting your acc banned.
When you pay for a game you get moderators, updates - that prevent hacks, Cheating, ect ect ect.

I would honestly like to see a Paladin type character comming back. My favorite char in D2 wasnt the paladin but he was the char that best fit the game imo. personally i liked the Amazon and the Sorc, because farming was so easy with them ^ ^
I voted For the last option, let the little demons have thier manhood/femininhood i just dont want to see a cinamatic with a GIANT wang on it when my kids wlaking past my comp to get a drink of water.
all in all if it makes the Rating go up better for us less kids to deal with.

I would willingly pay a monthly fee (even if I had to sell crack to the little kids that so often ruined my games.:P) They could also make the game so graphic no parent would buy it for kids ^ ^, i have no problems with this idea either. :thumbsup:
I personally am a long time Diablo fan, bought diablo1 within a week of its release date, now I have 2 kids, and trust me they won't be playing diablo untill they are at least 15. but not all parents care as much about what thier kids see/do and kids will be kids. unfortunaly immaturaty is part of being a kid.
:offtopic:Duping ruined D2 before LoD even came out (i still played it but it was a just a shell of what it was before) I put it in another post I jacked a hacker out of nearly 200soj's, he filled up my stash my inventory and bout 3 other chars, might have been more than 200, I know I pimped all my chars out and borrowed a few slots on my friends acc to put sojs in. seriously hackers will ruin a game within months of its release date.
Modererators would be a good idea, but we might have to pay for those. (I would)
IP Ban hackers, then let them buy the game again just to realize they only have single player available to them.
just banning them won't solve much since alot of them will sell thier hacked items on E-bay and easily make the money to rebuy the game and dupe some more.

The Bar idea is a good one IMHO, you could save up your chance to respec till you know you messed up your skills, respec in the direction you want to go and if later on you realize that its not what you wanted you'll probably have the bar full again. i like it... if an update comes out and Smashes your build you can go slaughter a bunch of monsters then respec.. its a nice concept.
This also prevents any one from Duping some "item of respecing".

Yea leave them equal ingame. You "could" make the females weaker but more coordinated or faster or a bunch of other things, but why? Just make them equal then players that would rather play as a female can do so and the ones that would rather play as males can do so as well with out any difference in gameplay.
As for the look, keep the females athletic looking...you dont need double D's to kill something and having 50lbs in your ass wont help you either.
Imaine if the male art had a bulge the size of a bowling ball in the front of his pants... a 50lb wang wont help you kill any better why would huge boobs, and a phaaaat azz. hehe got abit :offtopic:. its late im starting to ramble but you guys probably get my point.
I'll be honest I didn't think I'd see Diablo 3 come out at all. Now that I know it is coming, I'm all over these forums like a fat kid on cake. even if I'm not posting all that much ^ ^, Still fun reading while I wait for the 3rd game of my favorite series to come out.

I think that rune words could help fix alot of that. Add more runes make them a tiny bit more common and make a whole bunch more runewords. With more rune words and awsome YELLOW drops, people might not be so inclined to only wear "Unique Uber Gear".
They would have to Stop duping also.... duping got retarded in D2 and D1, but I noticed it affect the economy of D2 Alot more.
OT: I just hope the dupers are as dumb as they were in D2 ... i got about 200SoJ by telling a duper Iwould help him Xfer his hacked sojs... yea right when he dropped his 500th (roughly I lost count at 300 and he kept bringing more chars) i was like "idle hands do the devils work" "TY!"

I voted Yes, Simply becuase I have been playing Diablo since Diablo1 was released, and even if I think the "mood" of the game is shot, (by this i mean it no longer has that "dark and foreboding atmosphere");) It's a Blizzard product and a Diablo series game and I "KNOW" the gameplay will be just as good as or better than the other games.:thumbsup:
