Oct 11, 2009freodo posted a message on Diablo III Side Quests- Will the Myriad be Worth It?The thing is, side-quests are just that; side-quests. You don't have to do them if you don't want. That is what makes them so enjoyable. You reap extra benefits for doing something not totally necessary, away from the main story. So, yes, I do think they are worth it, especially for role-players and perfectionists.Posted in: News

What I mean by this is if a character is a master of one of their skill trees (only spends skill points in one tree) all the way up to level 80, a master skill is unlocked in the corresponding skill tree that may only be learned through a difficult solo-only quest.
For example, in D3, instead of paladins being able to learn blessed hammer (Please make this weaker! It's learned at level 18, for Christ's sake!) only by spending one other point in the combat tree, one would have to use all/almost all of their skill points in the combat tree for them to unlock the skill. Of course, this would be the same for all classes, such as ice-specialized magic-wielders being able to learn blizzard or frozen orb at 80.
I know many of you will think this is too much like WoW, and I admit, it is similar, but it isn't the same
Edit: AWW CRAP I didn't see the part of OP where it says suggestions about trading and PvP... -

Incorrect. There was class specific in D2. Barb helms, Dru helms, Nec shields, and Pala shields.
I wouldn't be surprised if they bring back cs items and add more like helms for wd. -

Have any of you noticed what the "ice" ACTUALLY looks like with the colors inverted?
Does the word "Worldstone" ring a bell? That's right. The ice is really the Worldstone shattering, releasing whatever was trapped inside! Should this be true, and the new game IS in fact D3, then the it would pick up perfectly right where D2 left off!
Lets just hope I'm right! - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.

Didn't know opinions weren't allowed on the internet.
No offense, but I don't really care for history. What I look for in music is talent that suits my preferences, and Selloutica just doesn't cut it, what with their generic sounds and the fact that 75% of their fanbase are avid Guitar Hero freaks.
None of them should ever be compared. They are just too... different.
And this should prevent me from voicing my opinion because...?
If by "laughable," you mean "weak," then I find it sad that you would make a judgment on something you clearly have never listened to. Do some research before making such a bold statement.
In conclusion, they shouldn't even be compared, really, since the bands are so different.
And if we were going for "heavy," then just one of my top band would blow all of the ones you listed out of the water.
But let's not make this a competition. I used to love all the ones you listed, but my tastes have just changed over the years.
