Once I have been through the game once I would like to be able to rush through it again. I built many different characters with Diablo II and I would never have done that without being able to rush those other characters through.
In game voice has it's advantages and disadvantages. If this is included in Battle.net 2.0 there must be a way to mute people. I have played a lot of COD4 online and when I have a full group of my friends the voice is great, when I am not it can get quite annoying.
One night a buddy of mine called me up and said that he had Uber Diablo spawn in his private match. I proceeded to call a bunch of my friends and we got our butts kicked for a while until we had a good barb come in to help us kick his butt.
It's a business with shareholders, that logic doesn't apply.
At the end of the day they will do whatever that serves their business interests, if they believe that the revenue from a monthly fee would outweigh the potential loss of customers then they would do that for sure.
So the question is, does the new D3 and new Battle.net 2.0 provide enough new features that they can justify a small fee? If they decide not to introduce a fee, it would be for this reason, not some kind of ideological bias that prevents them from ever charging fees for battle.net.
yeah, and I think that they'll put in an alternate route in the real game, so the non-jumping chars can take that route (obviously filled with more demons :D)
I will take the long way around for the additional demons then.
Do any of you have enough bandwidth to stream live at higher resolutions, or will the live streams be at a lower resolution with uploaded video being at high res?

Considering they make over 150 million per month I don't think they are hurting much for money.....
I for one am not a fan of the subscription model.
