Quote from@ Valeo: I think not. I heard them speak about 'a certain amount of customizability' aswell.

Writing about an unreleased Blizzard game does give you a lot of practice with expanding on small pieces of information to create something readable I guess haha

Why wouldn't it come out at the same time if, as rumored, it's a console-based game? Different markets.

That would be kind of awesome. Even if you only get to choose, say, one item off the players dead body.

Wouldn't like that - would turn it more into a game of chance than skill.

It seems like a pretty big piece of info to leave out - last Blizzcon when they talked about it it sounded like they could play a much bigger role than previously.

If you think that D2 PvP wasn't broken then you are delusional. I'm sure even the original creators of D2 would say that it was broken and tacked on.
I'm not saying it wasn't fun at times.

Looks like tons of fun too and as long as they don't balance the game around it (which Jay Wilson said they wouldn't) i'm all for it.
Some people just cling onto nostalgia for the sake of it. D2 was _not_ perfect - far from it, in fact.

Since when was D2 a game where you died a lot? Unless you were noob you only really died in Hell against immunes or when you lagged and got caught in a mob

Don't worry, you can play both :whistling:
