Oh I see that's the purpose, thanks, for some reason I didn't connect this.

awesome, thanks for the clarifications! However, @Mad_Tom said "you can keep on of the interesting items you want, and put them in cube after 2.4 hits (50 Forgotten souls and 5 bounty mats per re-roll) and you get the item like it just newly dropped." Will the Kania Cubing work even though the old items don't get the leg power?

If we farm 2.3 legs now will they retroactively get the new 2.4 legendary powers once it goes live?

Whenever sets are updated the current items are updated retroactively, it also happens for some regular legendaries.

    Anyone know for sure?

posted a message on Possible way to solve botting

I'm sure Blizzard can track time spent playing the game (non-idle). People with no job, no school, no family, and no social life can probably play the game an average of 8-12 hours or so a day. Professional YouTubers and true leaders of the game may play this much per day as well. But if someone is 'playing' more than this REGULARLY (not just on the weekend) they are obviously botting because even people with no life outside of Diablo III still must sleep and do other stuff required in lfie. The system can flag these users and send them a warning notice explaining the issue and if it continues their account will be locked or banned.

This may not cover all botters, nor all types of botting programs, but it will cover some, especially the ones at extreme paragon levels that are online 'playing' 24 hours a day.
