Is this a bug or did you just miss read something on the sweep attack shield?
"Each enemy hit by your Sweep attack increases the damage of your next sweep attack by 30-40%%+, stacking up to 5 TIMES!" = (200%)
and NOT like you said in the Video:
"Each enemy hit by your Sweep attack increases the damage of your next sweep attack by 30-40%+, stacking up to 5 TARGETS"

What he meant is that the bonus only goes up to 200% so even if you hit 5 or 10 targets the buff to the next sweep attack will be 200% which for sweep attack isnt that much.
All in all the shield is a big let down starting from the part that its not a crusader shield ( it cant roll cdr,wrath regen etc etc. ) and on top of that its the worst item they could have put that affix since you cant you piro marella.
The bonus of Denial should have been included on the Golden Flence weapon and as previously suggested granting all runes of sweep attack would have been a lot better than this 200% dmg.
For WW in 2.2 you will want to go IKBB or Bul Kathos set. IKBB for GRs since you can use 3p Wrath of the Wastes and 5p IK and get the respective 4set and 6set bonuses with a rorg.
For T6 speedfarm nothing can get close to the benefit of Bul Kathos set with the AS increase,fury regen and movement speed that the bonus provides.
Without an incense torch, fire is probably better, simply because of Cindercoat. Lightning is the very end end game tho as far as I know.
What does end game lightning gear entail exactly. I have quite a bit of it, but probably not the right setup. Like which sets, and which weapons? I know everyone is saying 2h are the best now but I feel like a good TF and Odyns would still be really amazing.
3p sunwuko (hands,shoulders,neck), 3p Innas (chest,belt,legs), Leoric's crown, Gungdo bracers, Unity + Rorg and a Torch. You will need the Torch in order to spam Wave of Light without getting spirit starved.

This is an overnerf. I believe they did that just for testing purposes and they will buff it again at some point to around 200-250%.

Switch rorg to something else since you have 5set bonus anyway. A soj or even a bul kathos wed. band will be better.

They should make it so that you can choose w/e GR rank you want to do up to the rank you have cleared without needing keys or trials

Neither nerf nor buff. Leave it as is and buff the rest of the classes to the same level that barb is atm on ptr.
