Yea, I've never seen things stack up like I described in other games. I just thought it was interesting as I came across it while working on Barb/Monk duo builds.

Playing a Wizard. Looking for Demon Hunters to play with.
I doubt they stack, or it has diminishing returns after 50% or whatever...Blizzard isn't stupid, I don't think they would overlook something like that.
Not to mention, I think that is only physical damage (I assume), so elemental damage is a whole different story.
There's no mention of physical damage, so I'm pretty sure that you can debuff spell damage as well.

Threatening Shout (active) - Decreases enemy damage by 50% within 25 yards for 15 seconds
Monk:
Mantra of Conviction (active - alabaster) - Decreases enemy damage by 45% within 20 yards
Resolve (passive) - Decreases enemy damage by 10% every time you hit them for 2.5 seconds

If played right, you could keep 100% damage reduction up almost all the time on almost all enemies near you.
So much for Inferno being difficult.
