The Witch Doctor is reliant on Voodoo skills, Minions and controlling the minds of his enemies.
Thus: Here are some ideas on Skills:
Voodoo Skills:
Locust Swarm: Short range: attacks enemies and does a small amount of damage while jumping to other enemies.
Empowers Minions with disease damage.
Fire Bomb: Slow Fire bomb which does area of effect damage
Empowers minions with fire Damage.
Soul Harvest: Does large damage to all creatures within a short range. Doesnt affect Daemons (no soul)
Bubonic Bomb: Flask filled with powerful diesase, Thrown and does Poison damage to all enemies in range, enemies killed with this explode.
Minion Blast: Destroys a minion in a powerful explosion
Soul burn: Hits in combat do fire damage and ignore enemy armour and resistances.
Minions:
Summon Mongrel: Fast minion with good damage.
Summon Zombie: Slow and weak, but with alot of health, a powerful blocker and useful when empowered
Summon Zombie Wall: Summons a wall which blocks enemy movement and causes damage
Summon Soul: Summons an Ethereal departed soul which causes arcane damage and is immune to nonmagical attacks.
Summon Bloated Swarms: Summons swarms of flies and mosquitos which do powerful poison damage and are difficult to hit.
Summon Meat Puppet: Summons a large creature which does less damage the more health it loses
Mind Controlling skills:
Horrify: Makes enemies flee from you
Confuse: Makes enemies near the target point attack random opponents
Voodoo Doll: Summons an Immobile Doll which attracts enemies and does Thorns damage to them
Trance: Enemies close to the target point are sent to sleep and do nothing for a few seconds
Command: All enemies attack the chosen unit
