I dont really know much about this game. But is Borderlands: The Secret Armory of General Knoxx a fun game? It's going only for 9.99 on steam and im thinking of getting it, but im not sure if its gonna be fun. Anyone have played this game before?
Well I don't know much about it, but it is DLC for borderlands, so unless you have the regular game, you wont be able to play it.
Modern Warfare 2 seems good. One of the kids I tutor has been playing it like crazy since it came out. The system of unlocking perks, weapon attachments, and ranks seems to keep the multiplayer interesting. I only played one match online, but it seemed good(although not $60 good)
I'm playing Dragon Age: Origins(PC) currently and am quite pleased with it. It's pretty well done all around and I suspect it's something I'll be able to replay after a year or so and get just as much entertainment out of it. Then again I greatly enjoyed Summoner and KotOR.
As for the Breath of Fire series, I never completed any other than 1 and 2. I tried 3 and 4 but got bored 2/3 of the way through each. One was great, 2 was awesome and still ranks as one of my favorite RPGs because of the general plot and cast of characters.
I'm currently on a bit of an extended break from it but will probably start playing through it again just before D3 is released.
In the mean time, I'm currently playing Rogue Galaxy for PS2 and suggest it to fans of Dark Cloud or Dragon Quest VIII. It's nice and long, so it will probably keep people busy for awhile. I currently have 70+ hours and probably still have 1/3 or so of the game left, more considering I want to get 100% on a number of things it keeps track of.
