I wish rg made a massive change in the whole invibility mechanics... I hate the fact that majority of invi champs are useless at mid-high level play. I also wish they created a couple of new items... All cool active items are for AP champs
Imo the main problem in LoL's skills is that their design philosophy drove then away from the complex teamplay existent in dota/hon wich allows the implementation of really bizarre effects (like tempests ult, cheeper's instant killing power, great amount and variety of CCs).
It's a very cool game. And to be honest, it's a relief to play it after so many mouths of HoN. A relief because it's alot easier and light game to play. You don't have to coordinate with your team to do everything. The game have alot less pressure.
There is only one build I wish people would stop using. AD Ezreal. Most useless shit ever. It is like a Tristana but with AP spells.
Rofl i don't even know wtf Ezreal is XD
My Ashe item build is Brutaliser > BFSword > Phatom Edge > Turn the Sword in Infinity Edge. After that i try to stack the maximun amount of AP possible.
If theres too much stum on the other team i make mercury boots instead of swiftness one and banshe's. If i'm getting pwned i do that crossbow thing since it's good and cheap.
The only real problem is that i don't know the power level of hero and items so i can't really judge the time to be offensive and look for a kill or the time to play the defensive guy and keep just farming.
That makes you a newb You are probably better than average, but I have never seen anyone switch to LoL and be good instantly, even if they have played DotA almost every day for several years. Hard champions are still hard regardless of your experience. I have played 1300 games of LoL (about 65% win ratio atm) and there are still champions that I haven't mastered/been able to play decently with.
Feel free to not count yourself as a newb. The majority of the community, including me, will still count you as one ^^ Probably not a noob though. Old DotA players are usually not noob.
Yeah playing a few more matchs i know that i gotta learn alot of stuff. LoL has some crucial differences, at least at newb level games. Theres alot more emphasis on tank heroes, the range of ranged heroes are kinda short compered to dota, the items are much more stronger, the difference between early game/mid game/late game are much smaller. Gotta get used to this new enviorment.
I never use guides since I feel that I learn more from trying myself. Test a build with tier 1 runes and make adjustments to improve it. Usually the guides doesn't fit your own playstyle accurately enough to be followed exactly. One guide might suggest movespeed under the assumption that you won't use the ghost ability, for example.
Also, Europe or North America?
Imo builds (actually the whole theorycraft) is just like science. You better learn what other people did before trying to do something new. Or else you will use already defeated arguments or in the best possibility you will discover the wheel when people are driving cars.
I will try my own way after i've mastered the basics. Right now i'm using armor penetration marks, mana regen seals and magic armor glyphs.
And i play North America (closer to South America).
hmm... I'm that noob since i've played a decent amount of HoN/Dota and the game is very similar. The only real problem is that i don't know the power level of hero and items so i can't really judge the time to be offensive and look for a kill or the time to play the defensive guy and keep just farming.
I found myself to often ganking a hero with super burst combo that i can't kill alone hehe
Thnx for the tips! Reading some guide for runes - if you guys have any good one can you link me ?

I'm playing ashe cause shes the only champion I own and her gameplay is close to Traxex/Arach from dota/hon. Is she a good champion ?
And.. how do i get runes ? Wanna stack a billion critical damage hehehe
