It would be too easy. The computer AI is never as good as a person.
Since there seems to be such an emphasis on the campaign it's getting me excited because in WC3 the campaign was OK but really...it was a little lame. But, I know it could be really good so I expect a lot from the SC2 campaign.
Thats such a great idea though, co op campaign would be so sick. And it's not like it would be too much easier either because a lot of times your only controlling a few units at a time.

That it would. That would be really freaking cool. Doubt it though.

I know what ya mean. Micro is pretty stressful and it's hard to get good at it when you have a life lol. It's a pretty big time commitment with not much reward for the play. Still, I'm gonna try my hand in it.

I don't think either game, wc3 or sc2, is really for a true casual gamer. It's more for a competitive gamer. The reward in a game like this is the reward of victory.
When it comes to multiplayer you get nervous because screwing up costs you the game and that means a lot when you invest an hour straight of complete focus and concentration and to come out of that with a loss is just heart breaking. However, I find the best way to avoid that is to not really care about losing. As long as you know your just playing for fun, losing doesn't become a big idea. It's like Bruce Lee said, you have to relinquish any fear of death, then and only then can you focus 100% on the task at hand. If you focus on having fun and getting better, it's not that hard to get pretty good at these games in terms of online play.
Depending on what race you play will determine how much micro you need. If you play Protoss your looking at almost the same micro required of wc3 if you want to win.

I'll definitely be buying it. At first I was worried, funding was low but Hazah! I have cash! I played Protoss exclusively during the Beta as well.
I think Dfans should all get together and play!
