You could get a GTX 460 for about 100 bucks. But yeah it would definitely help to know a bit more about your current rig. If whatever you're looking to get is for a PCI 2.o slot then I think you might be able to do better than that card for only a smaller amount of money. And you'll need to consider your current PSU too before making a decision, make sure you can handle the greater amounts of power.
EVGA is a great nvidia manufacturer, but I don't know much about that particular card. Judging by its specs though I'm positive you'll run D3 just fine. As for newer games though, you may just wish to do a bit more research and do price and spec comparisons.
