First of all, I'd like to say, way to single my post out without actually quoting me. Since you did, I thought I'd respond.

As far as looks, I liked it. I hadn't thought about it but I agree that they really shouldn't be leaning towards a game where the bosses have a lot of metal involved. I'm hoping that since it was a "Living Siege Engine of Hell" that the engine part explains all the metal.
This is what I said, to which you replied..

The metal is explained by the fact that the seige beasts, albeit different, were in LoD and had been covered in armor. . because they were freaking seige beasts. Their not making robots.
The problem is, what you saw was not a siege beast, as seen in LoD. This was a Siegebreaker Assault Beast.. to compare.
Those are the same beast to you? No, they may be similar, but its a completely different animal.

I remember reading somewhere one of the Dev's said that the siege beast has a lot of cool attacks. I watched the video again and..he really doesn't. He just kind of walks around aimlessly changing targets and whenever he gets close he does his 3 pink swipe thing. Other than that all he did was the 2 finishing moves (one for female WD and the other the male Barb).

I suspect that not all his mvoes were implimented, especially since the 'finisher' moves were for the video and are not confirmed as actually going to the game. They wanted something that could look cool but made it in a way that if they wanted they /could/ put it in the game.
Okay, to start, nothing even in that video is confirmed as being in the game except that the barb and WD exist. Why would the Dev's say that he had a lot of cool attacks if they didn't put them in? I counted 2 real attacks (3pink swipe, and a charge-ish attack) and then the 2 finishing moves. A total of 4 different ways to harm a player, 2 of which will only happen if the player is close to death, thats hardly a "lot." You could say that they only allowed it to use close range melee attacks to provoke the finishing moves; that would make more sense than just not putting all the moves in when you already told me it had a lot of cool attacks.

Lastly, I said..

Although when the barb was fighting the Thousand Pounder I noticed that Seismic Slam or whatever that move was called (where he smashes the ground and rocks sort of crumble out in a cone) did the most damage out of anything else he used. Blizzard said that they were aiming for a game where spamming one move wouldn't do the trick, but in this case, it would have.

As for going further off topic here. That attack did more, but who knows what it will be like in the final game? The reason for this? Maybe he can't spam that move, maybe there will be cooldowns or not enough mana to use it constantly, etcetera. I'm sure they will stick with the 'you can't just spam and win' deal they claim.
Maybe you're right, but, I can only take what they've shown me literally. That being said, watch the thousand pounder fight again. This time, watch his fury when he uses Seismic Slam, it barely goes down at all and recovers almost instantly. So much for your mana argument..
Can't spam it? Watch the video for that specific move here. Looks like hes spamming it pretty good to me..
Now for the cooldown thing. While watching the thousand pounder fight, since I can't tell you for sure which icon represents Seismic Slam, watch them all. None of the moves he has selected have a cooldown. And to prove that cooldowns do already exist, rewind a bit back to the part where he used Ground Stomp on the skeletons with the shields. After he uses this move, the first of the icons (obviously the Ground Stomp move) lights back up in a clockwise fashion much like a WoW cooldown.

Anyway, I thought the fight was nice and it really showed how the teamwork can come together for the 2 classes they have so far. Although when the barb was fighting the Thousand Pounder I noticed that Siesmic Slam or whatever that move was called (where he smashes the ground and rocks sort of crumble out in a cone) did the most damage out of anything else he used. Blizzard said that they were aiming for a game where spamming one move wouldn't do the trick, but in this case, it would have.
