What is normal? Normal is a concept that everyone or a majority of people are the same or similar. However, we know that everyone is unique. If everyone is unique, then everyone is different. If everyone is different, then everyone is weird. If everyone is weird, then everyone is normal.
Before I give constructive criticism, I would like to say that I loved the monsters art style, but my I have 2 problems with the game so far.
First, the environment. It is very imaginative, but it lacks the grittiness of the "old cellar" style that I loved in Diablo 1. The outdoor environment. I'm pretty sure that the jungles grass and trees were a substitute for the demo (hopefully), but I would like to see a realistic jungle. Real weather, real grass, trees that blow in the wind etc.
Second, the sounds. Now I know you will improve the sounds of battle, but I am a big fan of ambience. Take the Amazon River for example. There are tons of animals, bugs, running water, and miscellaneous noise that gives it the jungle feel. If you could incorporate that into the background, it will make a world of a difference.
In conclusion, more in-depth detailed art + real life background noises = Realistic game.
