If he already has the weight advantage on u i would consider going for the Cut quickness fighter type. Some what the opposite of Jarheads tips..(which by the way are dead on and i would follow them if i wanted to get bigger) Ive always relied on my quickness and speed in everything i do. Like i said if hes already got the mass on u i would go for the quickness and speed workout plan. Specially if u only decide to do this 4 1-2 months...if u go 4 the get biiger training whazt happens when u decide to stop working out...ur body continues to store protien and carbohydrytes as it was and since u arnt workin out they get stored as fats and not muscle...as opposed to what i suggest the speed and toning workout which tells ur body to take what it needs to repair muscles/tone and allows u to burn the rest off as needed. Ur btoher like u said has been lifting for some time now so dont expect to be stronger then him after 1-2 months of tranining. Now i dont know what his exact meausrements are but i would much rather fight a guy with huge beach muscles(biceps and triceps) then someone all around toned. Huge arms get in the way. Anways if ur only doing this for 1-2 months i agree with jarhead..no slacking and concentrate on the muscles u will actually be using in the fight.(trust me biceps look good and are intimidating but dont help for squat with throwing a punch. A punch is mostly chest tris shoulders abs and leg. dont believe me? stand up and throw a punch. u will step into it along with twist ur turso (abs) to throw it
yes most fights last only a couple min but that couple min is enough to wind/tire most people

I agree with lord silver. its a case of whether you want to be fast or strong. depends what your stats are like now. are you currently fast/agile? then do pure strength/building training. are you packing a bit already? then get fast, rocky style. remember one thing tho, this isnt world champship wrestling or boxing, its you wanting to be able to overpower your brother. dont get to serious, but stay focussed. you could do a bit of both and synergise both types of training to get you all around better. but from the way you said it in the beginning sounded like you want pure muscle. if so, go my training. if you want speed, lord silvers wise words are near perfect advice. if you want the best of both words, work it out for yourself. either way decide on what compnents of physical fitness you want to excel in (strength power speed agility flexibility etc) in order to overpower your brother and generally feel like you accommplished a better you.
Train in your wings and lower body strength and he wont be able to touch you... then your wings will give you the speed to throw and connect 5 punches to his one... thats what I did.
Weak points: No matter how buff anyone is the spot right where the diaphram is located will always be weak! Aim for that and he will go down in no time. (Just don't hit to hard and cause his ribs to puncture a lung or heart!)

ahh the soularplex(SP)...spot icethorne is tALKING ABOUT...just above the abs. in the crease of ur lower ribs v - together . hard place to hit as it is very small and specially since no idiot stands up straight and tall in a fight...most people put the majorty of their weight on the back foots toes. A striker posisition none the less. Anyways if u can hit hit there the fight is won. it pretty much knocks wind outta him. and leaves u open to connect punch after punch.

One last thing to add to all of these great tips from everyone...Dont be afraid of pain. Alot of people are alot of talk and no show. And people that are show...are afraid (pain) of getting hit in the nose or face area. Now I dont want you to mangle your brothers face...just a little something to know. You show fear of pain...you show fear in fightning. I have had many years of fighting (boxing) and giving a body signal to your opponent that you dont care about pain will weaken their will to fight. I know you show no fear whats-so-ever on the battle field...but fear in facing your own blood is an additional thing that you have to take under concideration.

Carlos i wouldnt as such suggest actual punches. If you want to show superiority, take him down, and hold him down. Sit on top of him, pin his shoulders down, slap him around a bit. Do it til he stops squirming and ask him if hes done. When he admits defeat, he will never trouble you again.
If however it was a mutual understanding that you were to exchange blows, do it your way. Not his. And as thas said, dont show pain. He will think you cant be beaten.
yea, best movie ever is a tie, between the first, second, and third Lord of the Rings. no doubt in my mind. best following collections will probably go to Star Wars, and then Rocky. after that it all pretty much falls apart.

i pulled my shoulder at work, handling some heavy furniture. the petite girl who wanted to help couldnt handle some weight and i ended up catching the giant sofa on its side before it smashed her.....for a price. im gonna switch for some lower body workout, until my arm gets better. its not too bad, but i dont want to worsen it. so much for that huh?
good boy..at least you know when to call it a day. what was that chick doing under a couch anyway? damn blondes. may i suggest skipping, burnouts (bounce on your toes knees straight dont bend them) and general leg weights. good luck. heal quickly. HOLY BOLT!
