ITT: a bunch of people acting like they're more mature than the OP.
The before/after pictures and lack of text from the OP suggest to me a more meaningful intent to this post than merely, "RARAR I'm mad; look guys." It's a picture that expresses the feelings of many players of the game in a second and a half rather than a fourteen long minute wall of text explaining how, "This game supabad and I rly mad."
Can I act better than everyone else in this thread because from what I see, all of the "You're sad OP"/"OP is a child" posts are under-analyzing and misinterpreting the intent of the OP?
If I had bought a physical copy, I probably would've had a celebratory bonfire for it with some friends and a few beers. Does that make me a brute? If I get some enjoyment out of it, who are you to judge? You ever use fireworks? I personally think they should be in a display case gathering dust. How childish of you to set them off, you monster.
I saw the picture, chuckled, said to myself, "Yeah, that's about it," and was very surprised when I started reading the comments.
lol made me laugh, a picture is worth a thousand words as they say..this sums up the majority of the diablo fans feelings towards D3 without saying a word, if you doubt it should look at stat tracking programs like xfire/GT etc, the amount of people playing on may 15th dropped from 200K to about 25K in a month..you can say "6.5 million sold 200K is nothing" but honestly 200K is plenty to get an idea of the situation..a drop off that quick should indicate the amount of people who really do not like the game in its current state, that coupled with the 1-2K players in public games at peak times vs at launches 30K+ on any shard..and the lawsuits in korea and pending in other countries...and now an investigation from the FBI? lol..RMAH was a major mistake..they could of done a cosmetic type of in-game store and sold like item effects(looks, not stats/abilities..) auras..WINGS..set affects..etc and done fine as far as upkeep and it wouldnt be pay to win..it failed..not financially..but the game itself failed and was sold purely on the hype of the name
as far as every one who getting angry and disgruntled by the OPs actions needs to sit back and relax..its not your money why do you care? you call him childish for his actions and yet his actions speak louder then any wall of text could, clearly he was not enraged or he wouldn't of set it all out nice and neat for a photo..he simply came to the conclusion that he was duped by Acti/Blizz and rather then spamming forums with walls of text that will either get deleted (aren't you thankful?!) or never read by a CM/Dev he took a picture that clearly states his frustration and disappointment with "Diablo 3:Lord of Auction House" and in my opinion should be considered an art of expressing himself
if i sold my ce to someone else i would hate myself for giving such trash to another human being
d3 may yet still be saved but its not looking good if and when i decide it cant i dunno if ill destroy but it will most certainly go in the trash or the fireplace
thumbs up to the op i hope blizzard see's this post
This should have ended the thread.
