Granted, the version you show is not a crappy phone camera from a banner, it is the actual artwork.

1) The thread was not about the artwork. Nor has any other thread been about it.
2) That was not an image of the artwork I posted. It was an image of a poster of a much lower quality than the image I posted.
3) The actual rendered image of the Wizard artwork that I posted has never been posted, unless you can go digging for another thread not of a photograph of a poster where nobody knows who it is supposed to be.

So far my bubble still seems pretty in tact. Apparently your D3 knowledge was not quite as pristine as once thought.

I gave you full credit for finding the original art work.

You seem to have a very loose definition of the word fact. "The picture itself is not new" (referring to the image I posted)? Why...yes, yes it is actually.:evil:

So next time try something like "Wow, nice find on the original artwork! I think I saw something about this on a poster at blizzcon in some other thread. Thanks for the find! I love you reptar!"

Back on topic: I love the looks of the enchants on the weapons. And I am with Seth that I like the Asian look.

Hah no hurt feelings. I was simply justifying my sarcastic and patronizing tone because your op tried to prove me wrong when I was right. Just saying, if your going to be wrong, at least you can be a little nicer about it from the beginning lol!

Anyway...

Is the head of the staff a dragon? I live dragons obviously. The ice spreading from the dagger to the stairs is also amazing. That would be cool if that actual happened in game.

Hhmm...A dragon...That would probably be a very well founded assessment considering the artists loves Asian culture and implements it in the art often. But, I can't tell if it is or not. Could be.

As soon as I saw the ice from the dagger I knew this was the artist responsible for the Lich King stuff. This guy is the real deal, getting big jobs like freaking coverart for an expansion. Go him.
I like how he gave an artistic rendering to the idea of a sword imbuned with freezing ability. I always wondered how that would look.

Are you talking about the male wizard's concept art?? I agree, but I think its a little too early to make assumptions. We'll just have to wait and see more pictures, artwork, etc.

I wonder what the Wizard's "mana" resource will be. It's been said that the Witch Doctor will use mana, but that each class's resource is unique. Fluffwise, I wonder if the Wizard has access to the arcane realm that lies parallel to the physical realm. Maybe arcane energy? And I wonder how the Wizard generates it... maybe starts filled and slowly regenerates it?
