I've hit a wall finding upgrades for Act III - IV, and could use some advice. I've found that most items I end up buying, simply move my stats around without really upgrading anything!
More life on hit would serve you well. Ideally you'd get this on your weapons, since you don't have much there (and could have so much more) and that amulet is a bit pants with the exception of the uber LoH.
You should definitely use that fist weapon over the dagger, at any rate. A little bit faster speed for more LoH procs, and more DPS. Not much more, but it helps.
Another stat that would be useful is crit chance: you have 19%, a good start, but if you squeezed out a bit more you'd see a decent increase in DPS. Assuming you're using the cyclone rune on Sweeping Wind. More critical damage is good for the same reason.
You also don't need quite as much vitality as you have: you can comfortably drop some. 10k HP or so. More resistances/armor and less HP means your LoH and breath of heaven are far more effective.
Attacks Per second: 1.69
Crit Chance: 19%
Crit Damage 137%
All resists: 846
HP: 37,000
Life on Hit: 566
Damage: 23,000
Dex: 1721
Vit: 891
Armor: 4817
Also note: I have been able to clear Act IV in a public game, but ideally I'd like to be able to farm III and IV on my own.
I "only" have 5 million gold, with that said, what stats can I afford to decrease in favor of crit/crit damage?

This is my build: http://us.battle.net...YXik!UZX!aYcbca (yay dual-weilding and tornadoes!)
These are my stats and currently equipped items: http://i.imgur.com/VDYgo.jpg
I understand I could use a little bit more of everything stat-wise.
Should I be using any of these items? Particularly, the fist weapon with LoH?
