getting angry is natural, but it isn't right. what are we in kindergarten?

I hate the way you cling to ignorance and pass it off as innocence
What the hell man. You do not attack defenseless animals. Their dogs did nothing, so they shouldn't be attacked. The people responsible should be. I wouldn't want my pets around you.
what the fuck dude, their pets are innocent for fucks sake. if he does that hes as big of a moron as them. you have zero logic
I love how you all jumped on the dog thing, but nobody complained about BB gunning kids. I was trolling anyways, I wouldn't hurt their dogs. The BB gun idea does sound good though.
What can I say, I love animals. Kids however, even humans, we know better. So I don't give a shit, fucking BB gun them all ya want. =)
If I caught somebody doing that to any animal, never mind a pet of mine, I would not hesitate to permanently cripple them.
Or better yet, let's see if the bastards can do same thing to an animal that isn't helpless, lets say an animal such as damn mountain lion or a black bear, or an African bull elephant. Yeah I didn't think so. Or even crows for that matter. Attack one and the whole damn flock will murder your ass. Or the most fearless animal on the planet, the honey badger.
So a couple weeks ago my mom called me up and told me my dog died. She said she was outside and heard my dog whimpering after about 15-20 minutes of trying to follow her cry's for help she found her in the neighbors ditch. When she walked to the end of the driveway she said she saw the neighbors kid and his friends outside and as soon as they saw her they ran inside. Well they took her to the vet and said her leg had been broken and her hip. And that considering her age she would not survive threw surgery. So they put her to sleep now I had this dog for about 16 years since I was 4 years old so I must say I was really attached to this dog in fact she was a part of my life, even a part of me, and my family.
My mom had suspected foul play and when she told me about the neighbors and their reaction there really wasn't a doubt in my mind. So when they did an autopsy on her they did find that there was some foul play involved. Any ways my mom asked the neighbors about it and they said they seen the same kids shooting BB guns at her.
My question is, is it bad that every time I'm reminded of her I would like to do nothing more then to hospitalize the person responsible for doing this? To actually fantasize about doing this and actually getting relief from just the thought of it.
I think the only thing that is stopping me from actually doing it is that I live like 500 miles away.
The events seem to be rather fuzzy. Your dog was out of your yard and roaming around. It could be that these bastards threw a rock at it and hurt it bad, and while it tried to escape it fell down the ditch and it got the second fracture which was the broken leg.
Here where I live, dogs are not permitted to freely wander outside without their owner and being on a leash(except for parks but then you need to get the animal properly trained).
I used to spend summer holidays at some cousin's place, in a neighborhood where everyone's dogs were all over the place. The oldest ones were usually the grumpiest, most foul-tempered animals around- they were very territorial. We had to carry rocks all the time because they would just attack you if you walked on the road in front of their master's house.
A lot of owners simply don't realize how nasty their pets can be. The latter are not humans and their behaviors remain quite unpredictable, something a lot of us overlook due our attachment.
It's perfectly normal to be distressed and sad at your lost, especially since she suffered for quite a bit. But given that the circumstances are not very clear and there have been no direct witnesses to the actual accident, it's best you leave the matter to rest with the idea that she did not have a lonely death and somebody managed to get to her before the end.
