So yeah this is no master piece work of art or anything of the sort I'm writing an Outline for my Thesis in my english class. I feel it's a bit stupid. But I don't care I just wan't it to be able to pass me. It's my first outline I've ever done in my life. Here it is:
I. Advantages of email
A. Cost
1. Paper Supply
2. Shipping
B. Time
1. Less time to compose & send then traditional letter mail
2. Time it takes to get to the recipient
II. The future of email
A. As email widely becomes more accesible the demand for paper goes down.
1. Less trees are cut down
2. Damaging of the ecosystem is less likely
B. Advertising will become more efficent for businesses
It's kinda long compared to the examples the instructor gave us. Tell me what yah think!

I like helping people with outlines so I'd be happy to give you my feedback on this.

So then is your thesis for your paper going to be that email is superior to snail mail? Or just that it has advantages to snail mail? A stronger argument would be that it is superior because it is not hard to imagine that it at least has advantages over snail mail. And would you therefor be advocating email over snail mail? Because obviously, a company inevitably needs to send packages. For most other things that are just words though, email is already used.

This will be a good point I suppose. What I'm confused about though is who is your audience in this paper? Because most people may already agree that email has advantages to snail mail and most people don't take the time to physically write letters to others so you may just be preaching to the choir. Consider the relevancy of your content.

I could argue that this point is more about the future of paper than email.

Just less likely? You may wish to make a stronger claim here, if you can support the claim, of course.

B. Advertising will become more efficent for businesses
Is your audience then businesses? And this is a big how so. Is just advertising in business going to be more efficient? Or will simply all aspects of doing business become more efficient using email? And haven't already many businesses become more effecient in this way? Maybe, maybe not.
This seems then like an argumentative essay. If that is the case, you really need to carefully define what your thesis is because the subject matter of this topic could easily lead you astray, then you might have an organization problem as you kind of go off on some of these other main points of yours. Just be careful with that is all I'm saying.
