Portland TBs are playing the Thunder today at home so I might go today. Hope Brandon Roy kicks their ass.
GO BOSTON
Glen "Big Baby" Davis is fatter though.. like 2 Charles Barkleys combined.
kg is the biggest prick night in and night out.

and let me remind you, the east sucked really bad in Iverson's time with the 6ers..
the C's are certainly battling with a tougher, more competitive league. And i won't be surprised if they win it again this time.^^
the east is more competative this year? not really, there are 3 top teams (cavs, c's, and magic) in the east, albeit they are really good teams that could each take the trophy. the rest are so so teams that can only get in the pfs let alone hope to advance.
the celtics are pathetic. most of their "fans" cant even name the roster from about a decade ago.

Three superstars past their prime in one team isn't quite uncommon. if you remember Drexler, Olajowon, and Sir Charles? That cast was more kickass than these Boston three, but as I recall:
They didn't win a ring together.
So I guess this team has something special. They earned a ring on their first year together, coming off other teams, past their prime, and clicked together ignoring their numbers.
East vs. West? Idunno kinda balanced there.. East has lots of young rising stars while the West has Hall of Fame type veterans. The Sixers, Pacers, Knicks, Atlanta, and Miami are already up on their feet, and Orlando and Cleveland are on or above Boston's level already. For the West, its a 9 team race.. but i really doubt Houston, Phoenix, and Dallas for different reasons each. There are more trash teams on the West though, namely Oklahoma, Sacramento, Clips, Memphis, Twolves, and Golden State. Compared to Washington and Raptors /i really love this team though/.
And your last point, yes some suck.. 98 roster was Pierce at SF, Walker at PF, Battie at C, Anderson at PG, and Ron Mercer at SG. Some Laker fans suck more though.. They think Kobe>Everyone.
while the east has quality, the west has quantity, and a best of 7 series see most of the western teams beating the mid level eastern teams.
on another note, i feel bad for Pheonix fans, watching their team slowly implode on themselves...amare wants out, nash might be next...shaq retires in 1-2 yrs...no bench...ouch
