well...since now DOTs are calculated and cant "crit" anymore...u guys think this is a buff or a nerf to jade doctors?
i find very annoying to snipe the white damage ticks and wait for hit harvest....but since they will calculate crit chance, if u have 50% CC the highest damage you used to proc with harvest will be cutted by half, since before this haunt could 100% crit the entire duration.
This is a straight nerf in terms of damage, before you could simply reroll the dot till it crit and then massive soul harvest damage. I mean lets say for example you have 500% cc, non-crits hit 100 and you have 500% chd so you crit for 600... I dunno how many ticks it did but for eaz lets say soul harvest consumed 10 ticks so before you would soul harvest for 6000, but now it will find an average which means each tick hits 350 and you soul harvest for 3500.
If you ask me, this totally kills the build in T6 as it just wont hit hard enough to clear through those packs... Quite disappointing and I hope they do something to the jade harvest set as it is a very fun build.
Its a half Nerf. Because I don't crit for 1.2b anymore, but I also never get the lame 300m which felt like a waste of a cool down on soul harvest. Every soulnharvest hits for 800-830m these days. So I guess its fine. In just think jade build is bland. It isn't fun. Running as another class with a jade WD + monk feels like you contribute nothing. And there for when I play my jade doctor I play alone and I don't invite jade doctors to my party. Even though its fast, I am not having fun. I prefer to have fun lol.
