First let's review the important changes for WD in P10.
1 INT will become the main attribute and at lvl31 a caster will have 500 INT with gears.
By my estimate, at lvl60 a INT build caster will have 1000-2000 INT.
So soul harvest is removed, it will only give a small boost to dmg and have to risk your life to do close combat with monsters.
But every coin has two sides, WD can give up INT and add all to DEX to make a melee dodge build.
With the fixed INT boost from soul harvest, the dmg is the same to INT build.
2 Wall of zombies will do 80% dmg instead of 40% dmg per sec.
improved on dmg, it can also greatly slow emenies by gold rune stone.
3 Heath cost of blood ritual reduced to almost 0.0013% per cast becasue HP is 50k-60k now and mana cost still remain the same.
In short, this predator build is a ranged AOE WD, with almost infinite mana to cast wall of zombies as barriers, no melee attacker can even touch you.
For ranged monsters, let your pets tank and you just cast spells behind, even if you got hit you wont be easily killed with life link and 2% reg passive or just run away by spririt walk.
